Ｔｏｂｉｔ模型在網(wǎng)絡社區(qū)信息傳播與管理中的應用

摘 要：本文主要利用社會網(wǎng)絡矩陣分析法對網(wǎng)絡虛擬社區(qū)中信息傳播模式進行分析，概括出網(wǎng)絡虛擬社區(qū)群體的基本特征，同時利用Tobit模型對這些特征如何影響虛擬社區(qū)CMC信息傳遞進行驗證分析，并提出了控制信息傳播的手段與對策。

A Tobit Model on Message Transfer and Control in Virtual Community

Abstract:As a kind of network propagation， BBS is becoming increasingly an important public-opinion expression mode except for traditional mass media. On the basis of t he discussion of the characteristic of the BBS transmission and incidental variance of the traditional media role， this paper puts forward t he principle of timely， conformity， inter-linkage， pertinence of the leading of BBS Public Opinion. We analyzed the Computer-Mediated Communication with the matrix method of studying social relationship method. We also analyzed the characters of the people in the virtual communities， and how these characters influencing the CMC and how to control the CMC.

1 引言

網(wǎng)絡媒體作為表達民意、反映民情民聲的一個渠道，其地位和影響力已經(jīng)得到人們的認可。而電子公告板BBS(Bulletin Board System)，又稱“電子論壇”，則是網(wǎng)民參與討論、表達意見的最主要場所。在信息的傳送上，BBS為普通人提供了平等交流和不受空間限制的物質(zhì)條件，真正實現(xiàn)了傳播的平等性和對稱性。傳播過程中傳受雙方地位平等，傳受雙方的信息互動性很強，信息的接受者可以適時地進行反饋，針對性也很強（從點對面的傳播轉(zhuǎn)化為點對點的傳播）。這種環(huán)境是通過社區(qū)成員的互動來完成的，所謂互動就是一個行動之后繼之以另一個行動^［1］，在BBS論壇中“提問—回答”、“問候—問候”、“陳述—陳述”等都是很好的互動形式。網(wǎng)絡社區(qū)成員日常BBS討論由“主帖—回帖—跟帖”這一交互過程形成的BBS信息序列，語言形式豐富多樣，主題具有一定的分散性和多元化，內(nèi)容既有理性的交流，也有非理性的情感宣泄，而某些很小的議題經(jīng)過“蝴蝶效應”可能形成強大的輿論聲勢^［2］。因此我們有必要仔細研究網(wǎng)絡虛擬社區(qū)日常BBS信息序列的特點，并從這些日常行為當中尋求BBS信息序列傳播過程的普遍規(guī)律，提出相應的信息管理手段。……
