摘 要:目前,企業(yè)在信息技術(shù)應(yīng)用方面的投入越來(lái)越大,期望獲得理想的收益,但是其應(yīng)用績(jī)效卻受到諸多因素的影響。本文通過(guò)運(yùn)用結(jié)構(gòu)方程模型對(duì)企業(yè)信息技術(shù)應(yīng)用績(jī)效的影響因素進(jìn)行實(shí)證分析,研究表明:在企業(yè)信息技術(shù)應(yīng)用過(guò)程中,企業(yè)管理與文化的變革與創(chuàng)新影響著信息技術(shù)應(yīng)用項(xiàng)目的實(shí)施與控制水平,而信息技術(shù)應(yīng)用的需求分析和實(shí)施與控制直接影響著信息技術(shù)的應(yīng)用績(jī)效。但是,企業(yè)信息技術(shù)應(yīng)用的系統(tǒng)選型及設(shè)計(jì)水平與企業(yè)信息技術(shù)應(yīng)用績(jī)效的正相關(guān)假設(shè)不成立。

Abstract:At present, the investment of the information technology in enterprise was being more and more. The investors want to gain considerable returns, but its application performance was impacted from many factors. In this paper, Applying structural equation model on the empirical research we find that the innovation of enterprise management and culture directly impact on the level of application and control of information technology. Demand analysis and control in application of information technology directly impact on the application performance of information technology. However, the hypothesis on the level of system selecting and designing of information technology applied in enterprises positive impact on application performance of enterprise information technology was not supported.

1 引言
在“以信息化帶動(dòng)工業(yè)化”的戰(zhàn)略指導(dǎo)下,我國(guó)企業(yè)已深刻認(rèn)識(shí)到信息化對(duì)企業(yè)發(fā)展的重要作用,將企業(yè)信息化視為提升和保持企業(yè)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力的重要手段,紛紛投資于信息化建設(shè),在生產(chǎn)制造、經(jīng)營(yíng)管理等領(lǐng)域積極采用現(xiàn)代信息技術(shù)。經(jīng)過(guò)幾年來(lái)的實(shí)踐,確有一些企業(yè)取得了預(yù)期的效果,提高了管理水平,增強(qiáng)了企業(yè)的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力。然而,許多企業(yè)在信息化建設(shè)中投入了大量的人力、物力、財(cái)力,但項(xiàng)目實(shí)施卻遭受失敗或未達(dá)到預(yù)期目標(biāo),甚至損害了企業(yè)的核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力,使企業(yè)陷入困境[1]。國(guó)際著名的信息咨詢(xún)機(jī)構(gòu)Standish Group對(duì)8400余個(gè)信息技術(shù)項(xiàng)目進(jìn)行調(diào)查研究表明:16%的項(xiàng)目實(shí)現(xiàn)其目標(biāo);50%的項(xiàng)目需要“補(bǔ)救”;34%的項(xiàng)目徹底失敗[2]。20世紀(jì)80~90年代,我國(guó)投資MRPⅡ/ERP幾百套,成功率不到20%。可見(jiàn),企業(yè)應(yīng)用信息技術(shù)面臨著巨大的投資風(fēng)險(xiǎn)[3],而影響企業(yè)信息化技術(shù)應(yīng)用及績(jī)效的因素也是多方面的,如何在企業(yè)信息化建設(shè)中,準(zhǔn)確把握這些影響因素,是提高信息化建設(shè)的成功率,獲得預(yù)期績(jī)效的重要保證。……
