制造企業的供應鏈采購管理策略分析

摘要：制造企業的材料采購是很重要的環節。本文運用系統的方法，提出了在制造企業供應鏈采購管理難點和存在的諸多問題，并提出完善信息網絡，建立采購信息數據庫；重視采購成本的綜合考慮；從對采購商品的管理轉變為對供應商的管理等策略，期望為制造企業的采購管理提供借鑒意義。
