Health is one of the most important things to our happy life. So every one is concerned about it. Many people seek to maintain their health. What is the proper way to maintain health?
In my view, the best way is to live a regular life. Regular life is the key to health. Some people are used to rising late and staying up1 late. They damage their health by disturbing the biological2 function in the body. A regular life can keep us fit. We are better prepared to study and work if we know the proper way to maintain healthy. We can benefit from the regular life all the life if we keep it up.
Regular life means regular physical exercisesand regular diet. They are important to our health. They help us to maintain good balance in body,so we are easy to get over cold or diseases.
So get up early in the morning, and go to bed early. In that way we can expect to live a long and healthy life.

Smoking and Health
It is well known that smoking is a dangerous habit because it causes health problems. Doctors say it can be a direct cause of cancer, of the lungs and throats and can also help to lead to cancer of other organs. In addition, it can bring about other health problems such as heart lung diseases. It is regarded as one of the chief causes of death in our society.
Smoking does harm not only to smokers themselves, but also to the nearby nonsmokers, who are called passive smokers. They are often women and children. This will add to the deaths from cancer and other diseases related to smoking.
Do you smoke? Can you run for the bus without being out of breath? Can you smell the flowers in spring? Is your house full of heaps of finished and half-finished cigarettes? Do you spend the first ten minutes of every morning coughing?
For the sake of your and public health, it's time to give up the habit. To our delight, the sign of \"No smoking\" can be seen in many public places, the warning that \"Smoking can Damage Your Health\" is printed on the side of all cigarette packets.
