企業自主創新中知識整合機理與模式研究

摘 要：知識整合是企業獲得持續競爭優勢的關鍵，是實現企業知識創造和技術創新的核心環節。在較系統地分析企業自主創新中知識整合科學內涵和本質特征的基礎上，從適應進化機理、協同旋進機理、擇優棄冗機理、互補相容機理對企業自主創新中知識整合機理進行綜合剖析，進而提出了企業自主創新能力形成與提升過程中不同階段、多維度、多層面知識整合演化模式，并對其協調機制進行了深入剖析。

Study on the Mechanism and the Mode of nowledge Integration in the Process of Enterprises Independent Innovation

Abstract:nowledge integration is not only the inner core mechanism of knowledge creation and technical innovation， but also the key to form and promote the capability of independent innovation achieved by enterprises. Firstly， scientific connotation and essential characteristics of knowledge integration are analyzed systematically. On the basis of discussing four important mechanisms including “self-adaptive evolutionary mechanism”， “coordinated SPIPRO mechanism”， “filtration mechanism”， and “complementary compatible mechanism”， the article constructs the framework model on comprehensive mechanism of knowledge integration in the process of raising independent innovation capability for an enterprise. In addition， from multi-dimension and multi-level， three kinds of knowledge integration modes in the process of independent innovation for China’s enterprises are discussed systematically. he above important problems are solved effectively， which will bring momentous theoretical and practical significance to form and promote the capability of independent innovation， enrich the knowledge integration theory， develop China’s enterprises’ independent innovation activity.

1 引言

1912年，Schumpeter首次提出創新的概念，認為創新是一個突破性行為，它來源于新的組成

部分或者是已有產品的已知組成部分的重新組合［1］。Solow和Douglas等人從生產函數入手，研究了技術創新對經濟增長的作用，認識到知識只有通過創新并進入經濟系統，才能轉化為新的生產力［2］。

胡錦濤總書記在2006年1月9日的全國科學技術大會上提出：“堅持走中國特色自主創新路，為建設創新型國家而努力奮斗”。自主創新，就是從增強國家創新能力出發，加強原始創新、集成創新和引進消化吸收再創新［4］。國家自主創新能力主要源于企業自主創新能力，只有不斷地提升企業自主創新能力才能獲得持續的競爭優勢。

現在知識正逐漸取代傳統的生產要素勞力、資本和土地而成為企業最重要的核心資源和關鍵要素。企業自主創新的實質就是知識向人工制品或服務的轉化以及新知識的生成過程，而知識整合是知識創造發生的內在核心機制，在企業自主創新能力形成與提升過程中起著極為關鍵的作用。……
