Liu Jinwang is president of Huangdu Real Estate Development Co Ltd in Lishui， a city in southern Zhejiang， a coastal province in eastern China. Though he has been in the land development business for only three years， he is regarded by industrial insiders as an accomplished businessman. He says he is definitely not the most intelligent man， but he believes that he is probably the most diligent worker.

Some outsiders may mistakenly think land development is a simple business. They believe a real estate development goes through a clear-cut cycle: buying a land， building， selling and then counting profit. Liu Jinwang does not think so. He emphasizes the philosophy of value， function and appearance to meet market demands and home buyers’ needs. The philosophy is fully and perfectly embodied in the houses his company has built. In 2006， a housing project by Huangdu was honored for its innovation by the Ministry of Construction. In 2007， the mainstream media in Zhejiang chose the same project for excellence among local developments in Lishui.
