激情洋溢拓展訓練（下）

上期我們介紹了拓展訓練的基本概念和發展狀況，本期將繼續介紹拓展訓練的意義。

●新時尚標志

Modern sense: Outward training is one of the group activity forms， which are the most praised highly. It is a sign of a kind of fashion.

現代感：拓展活動是目前最受推崇的團隊活動形式之一，是一種時尚的標志。

International: Outward training comes from the training of international famous OUTWARD BOUND， it is different from China's traditional education and training method. 國際性：拓展活動源于國際知名的OUTWARD BOUND 訓練，不同于中國傳統的教育和培訓方式。她推行的理念是目前國際流行的教育理念，如環保、戶外體驗、團隊熔煉，挑戰自我。

●拓展培訓的意義對團隊的意義

Promote the communications and strengthen the friendships among all staff.

增進所有成員間溝通，增進成員間友誼。

激發所有成員的熱情、信心與斗志，建立積極向上、有朝氣、有沖勁、有熱情的組織氛圍。

Finish all the arduous tasks by cooperating together through the group， establish team spirit and cooperation consciousness of cooperating， supporting each other.

通過團隊協作共同完成各項艱巨任務，樹立相互配合、相互支持的團隊精神及合作意識。
