Just on the second day of the new Administration in USA， this on-and-off disputed currency issue was refreshed again with a rich assortment of spicy tastes from a new Secretary of Treasury， Timothy F. Geithner， who was eager to recapitalize the point in his written response to questions from senators debating his confirmation for the new post，accusing China of \" manipulating its currency\"， a special term that stings a lot because it carries legal implications and that was studiously avoided by his predecessor Hank Paulson who had actively been engaged in building up a strategic dialogue with China to succeed in making renminbi appreciate by about 20%， apparently an exagerated \"achievement\".
