青島動漫 開往春天的快車

2007年，青島被批準為第六個國家動漫創意產業基地。目前擁有各類動漫企業40余家，其中網絡游戲、影視動畫、多媒體設計企業30余家，游戲研發、運營企業10余家。從業人員近千人，動漫、網絡游戲及相關衍生產品企業年銷售收入已經達到了8億多元。

“動漫產業的發展，不僅具有經濟意義，在弘揚民族文化，彰顯城市品牌當中，同樣具有不可替代的作用”，青島市動漫創意產業促進會會長孫百剛如是說。靠近動漫強國日、韓的優越地理位置，使青島在日韓動漫潛移默化的刺激中很容易形成動漫產業良好氛圍。相對較好的產業基礎上，也不斷涌現出歐亞世紀、靈鏡數碼、星動數碼、四維空間動漫科技等有活力的企業和貓小樂、單偉等一批在業界有特色、有影響的本土青年原創漫畫家。據從2003年起就參與青島市國際動漫藝術節組織籌辦的市北區動漫創意協會會長李兆奇介紹，青島的動漫愛好者數量眾多，大大小小的動漫社團也層出不窮，成員總量已經超過了5000人，由此帶來了巨大的產品購買力和發展空間。

利用區位優勢，青島市也一直積極致力于建設動漫基地園區。2007年，青島軟件園投資2500萬元設立了數字動漫平臺，為動漫企業提供專業的制作設備和技術支持及周邊產品的研發、生產、制作；2008年，青島市新設立的每年5000萬元文化產業發展資金和每年1億元服務外包扶持資金都將對動漫企業發展進行大力扶持；2009年，青島市市南區人民政府和青島國際動漫游戲產業園有限公司獲得“2008年度中國游戲產業支持獎”，更是為青島市動漫產業寫下了重重的一筆。前不久，青島市文化局又與招商銀行青島分行簽署了支持文化創意產業發展戰略合作協議。未來3年內，招商銀行青島分行將為青島市文化創意產業發展提供總額不少于100億元人民幣的信用額度。青島市走過的每一個腳步都鏗鏘有力，這為成長中的動漫產業提供了很好的空間和土壤。

“青島市動漫產業還處在成長階段，不能單純地依靠政府，我們希望能有更多其他行業的人士參與其中，一起支持青島動漫產業的發展。”以動漫創意產業促進會為平臺，為青島市動漫企業服務，吸引更多的社會資金投入到原創動漫的制作中來……這是孫百剛會長的心聲。與此同時，青島市的動漫游戲企業也都在積蓄力量，通過自身的突破和創新，為青島打造動漫游戲產業基地共同努力。

In 2007， Qingdao was validated as the sixth national base of the animated cartoon creation industry. Throughout the city there are already more than 40 enterprises involved in the animated cartoon industry， among which more than 30 are engaged in network games， movies and animated television cartoons， and multimedia design， and more than 10 are engaged in the R D and operation of network games. With nearly 1，000 employees， the enterprises involved in animated cartoon， network games and related products can turn over annual sales incomes amounting to more than 800 million yuan.

Availing itself of its geographical advantages， Qingdao has been engaged in the construction of an animated cartoon base. In 2007， Qingdao Software Park invested 25 million yuan in constructing a digital animated cartoon platform. In 2008， Qingdao City established a cultural industry development foundation that can provide 50 million yuan of funds annually and outsourcing support funds that can provide 100 million yuan to support the enterprises concerned. In 2009， the government of Shinan District， Qingdao City and Qingdao International Animated Cartoon Game Industry Park were granted the \"2008 China Award for Supporting the Game Industry.\" All the efforts Qingdao made in this industry have provided good scope and soil for the growing animated cartoon industry.
