China's appliance giant Suning to be biggest share-holder of Japan's LAOX
Chinese appliance giant Stming Appliance Co. will buy a 2736-pereent stake in Japanese electronics retailer LAOX Co.， becoming its biggest shareholder， Suning announced on June 24. This would be the first purchase of a major stake in a Japanese public company by a Chinese firm.
