Exhibition industry， often re-nowned as the locomotive of the tertia-ry industry， is highly profitable smoke-less industry (the profit rate is up to20% 25% in the developed countries).It is measured by experts that the exhi-bition industry could drive the develop-ment of other industry at the ratio of1:9， i.e. if the income of the exhibitionvenues is 1 share， the relevant incomefrorn tourism， transportation， com-munication， catering and accommoda-tion etc may reach 9 shares. Since thereform and opening up， the exhibitionindustry in China has developed rapidlywith the annul growth rate more than20%. In 2006， there were more than3000 exhibitions nationwide， bringingdirect income of RMB 14 billion andincome of RMB 126 billion in relatedindustries.
