Surging Consumption in Second and Third Tier Cities

Rich people in China are mainly gathered in the major and subordinate cities (the first， second third tier cities). However， more than 70％ of the rich are outside of the major cities， with only 30% working and living in such first-tier cities as Beijing and Shanghai.
