基于投資溢出的供應鏈研發聯盟利益分配方式研究

摘 要：本文構建了基于投資溢出的供應鏈縱向合作研發博弈模型，研究了供應鏈研發聯盟成員在平均分配和比例分配方式下的研發投資策略，分析了利益分配方式和投資溢出對成員投資策略的影響，找出了不同外部場環境下的最優利益分配方式，以此降低聯盟成員道德風險，提高其研發投入。研究表明，市場收益較高時，供應鏈應采用平均分配這種簡單易行的分配方式，以促進合作研發成功；聯盟成員間應加強信息溝通，增強投資溢出，激勵合作伙伴增加研發投入，提高合作研發成功率。

Study on the Profit-sharing Arrangement in Cooperative RD of

Supply Chain with Input Spillover

Abstract:In this paper， a game model of vertical cooperative RD in supply chain with input spillover is developed to study the investment policies of alliance members under equal profit sharing arrangement and proportional profit sharing arrangement. The effect of profit-sharing arrangement and input spillover on members’ investment polices is analyzed， and the optimal profit-sharing arrangement is found to reduce moral hazard and raise members’ RD investment. It is shown that supply chain should adopt equal profit-sharing arrangement when the market return is relatively high; members should make their RD input spillover to each other to obtain more partner’s investment and make a success in cooperative RD.

1 引言

技術升級換代的加快、研發成本的上升使越來越多的企業與供應鏈上其他企業結成聯盟進行合作研發，以縮短研發時間，分擔研發成本。但合作過程中聯盟成員降低研發投入甚至“搭便車”的投機行為等道德風險導致很多合作研發以失敗告終［1］。如何降低成員道德風險，提高其研發投入，促進合作研發成功，成為供應鏈合作研發亟待解決的問題之一。

國內外學者對如何通過利益分配方式的優選來降低道德風險，提高聯盟成員研發投入進行了深入研究，如：Amaldoss［2］研究發現，市場收益較高時，分配方式對集中研發聯盟成員投資策略影響很?。坏⑿新撁搜邪l成員在平均分配方式下的研發投入始終低于比例分配。孫紅俠等［3］進一步研究發現，存在監督成本時，在一定條件下，利益分配方式對并行研發聯盟成員投資策略也沒有影響。……
