家族成員特征對家族創業行為影響的實證研究

摘 要：近年來，家族創業正成為國內外家族企業領域研究的一個熱點。但現有的研究忽略了一些“家族性”因素對家族創業行為的影響。為此，本文以江蘇部分家族企業為例，對家族成員特征和家族創業行為之間的關系進行實證研究。研究結果表明，家族企業領導人的任期與家族創業行為負相關，而家族企業領導人的學歷、職業背景、家族成員間的共同愿景、信任、內部聯系與家族創業行為正相關。家族企業領導人的年齡與家族創業行為不相關。

An Empirical Study ofEffects of Family Member Characteristics

on Family Entrepreneurial Behavior

Abstract:Family entrepreneurship has become a research focus in family business research field abroad and domestic recently. However，existing research has ignored effects of familiness on family entrepreneurial behavior.So， this paper does an empirical study of effects of family member characteristicson family entrepreneurial behavior，based on a sample of some family businesses in Jiangsu province.The result shows that the term offamily business leader has negative correlation with family entrepreneurial behavior，the education level， professional background of family business learder， shared vision， trust， internal links among family members all have postive correlation with family entrepreneurial behavior.The age of family business learder has not relevant to family entrepreneurial behavior.

1 引言

近年來，家族創業正成為國內外家族企業領域研究的一個熱點。這是因為在這個機遇與挑戰并存的競爭環境中，創業行為對一個家族企業來說是非常重要的［1］。Zahra，Jenning Kuratko［2］的研究表明，現有的家族創業行為研究主要集中在環境、戰略和組織突發事件對家族創業行為的影響上。然而，家族企業高層管理人員是促進企業承諾和創業支持的關鍵，所以更加全面地了解家族企業的領導人及成員是非常必要的。已有的文獻也表明，家族企業由于家族成員間的相互關系而不同于非家族企業。因此，本文將把嵌入觀和資源觀結合起來，從家族成員的人口統計學特征、家族成員之間的關系特征角度分析家族創業行為的影響因素，提出一個家族成員特征對家族創業行為影響的理論模型，研究結果不僅豐富了現有的家族創業理論；……
