摘 要:本文理論分析確定影響網上交易主客觀風險程度的心理與行為因素,通過問卷調查和數據收集以及模型設計對此進行了驗證。研究結果表明我國網上交易者存在認知和行為偏差,這導致主客觀風險程度不一致性,其中交易信心、網站信任度、對賣家認知水平、對支付手段和網站服務質量以及政府監管的認知水平等因素對網上交易客觀風險程度有顯著影響,并借此提出了網上交易行為風險因素模型和防范機制,是對現代電子商務理論有益的補充。

Risk Prevention Research Based on the Behavior of China’s
C2C E-commerce Purchaser

Abstract:Theoretical analysis to determine the psychological and behavioral factors which affect subjective and objective risk degree of online transactions, through questionnaires and data collection and design of this model was validated. The results show that online traders of cognitive and behavioral bias, which led to inconsistencies in the subjective and objective degree of risk, including trading confidence, website trust, level of knowledge of the seller, payment methods, web services and government regulation, these items had significant effect on the level of objective risk of online transactions, and to make model and prevention mechanisms based online trader behavior bias, it is a useful complement to the modern theory of electronic commerce.

1 引言
網上交易近年來得到了迅猛發展,相對于B2B或B2C,C2C的網絡交易模式因為主體的隱蔽性和不確定性,隱藏著更大的交易風險,而后者是參與人數最多、分布最廣的交易方式,中國互聯網絡信息中心的中國網絡購物調查研究報告顯示,網絡購物的消費者群體年齡多以18至30歲的年輕人為主,其中大學生是最具網絡交易頻次的典型交易群體。中國網絡購物已經進入高速增長期,但由于網絡空間的非現場特征,交易雙方無法有效確認,許多人對網上交易認識不足,欠缺足夠的風險防范意識,出現明顯的認知與行為偏差。國家有關網絡安全報告也明確指出:我國至今還不具備系統化的安全漏洞發現與全面分析能力,隨著網上交易量不斷上升,相應的電子商務交易法律相對滯后,政府在這方面的監管力度十分有限,網上交易出現各種問題多數不能及時有效地解決。……
