食博會上的“洋促銷”——訪突尼斯駐華參贊穆罕默德·本·薩拉

35 年后再次來渝 望加強兩地經貿合作

談到重慶，穆罕默德·本·薩拉參贊用“了不起”來形容。他回憶說，1976年，身為留學生的穆罕默德·本·薩拉第一次來到重慶。那時的重慶樓少山多，是名副其實的“山城”。35年后重新踏上這片土地，林立的高樓大廈讓他倍感驚喜，“沒想到發展這么快，像是做夢一樣。”

“在中國，重慶是座很特別的城市。” 薩拉參贊雖然是第二次來到重慶，但對于這座富有朝氣和潛力的中國西部唯一的直轄市卻非常地關注，參贊先生表示，重慶近幾年社會經濟的快速發展，使得突尼斯政府十分看好重慶市場。除計劃在兩路寸灘保稅港區建立橄欖油罐裝廠，進一步開發重慶市場外，該國政府還樂于鼓勵更多企業來渝投資發展，加強兩地經貿等領域合作。“我們正計劃組織突尼斯的企業家們組團到中國進行經貿訪問，我很期待能帶領我們突尼斯的經貿代表團再次訪問重慶。”

“突尼斯地理位置非常好，被稱為‘歐洲的鑰匙’。首都突尼斯市從羅馬時期開始就是地中海地區重要的航運樞紐之一。”談到突尼斯時，參贊更是滔滔不絕，他表示，突尼斯的農業、輕工業和物流業都大有投資潛力。“我知道重慶近幾年對外投資的力度很大，重慶市政府也鼓勵重慶企業到海外投資，希望有更多的重慶企業到突尼斯投資興業。”

“突尼斯是一個有著悠久歷史的文明古國，古羅馬時期迦太基帝國的首都迦太基城遺址就在首都突尼斯市附近。”薩拉參贊非常期待能有更多的重慶游客到突尼斯去觀光旅游，他表示，突尼斯是北非文化的一個顯著代表，對于中國游客來說，擁有3000年歷史的突尼斯是一個神秘的國度，在突尼斯旅游，游客不僅參觀到伊斯蘭第二大圣地麥地那以及迦太基古城的遺址等歷史遺跡，還可以體驗到北非濃郁的沙漠風情，突尼斯綿延的海灘更是休閑度假體驗別樣地中海風情的好去處。“我們已經在籌備開通突尼斯到中國直航的相關事宜，擁有巨大潛力的重慶是我們備選城市之一。”薩拉參贊對兩地間未來的合作充滿期待。

橄欖油香飄世界

作為非洲第二大生物農業國，突尼斯擁有2000多年的橄欖樹種植史。橄欖油不僅成為突尼斯國家特產，更幫助該國成為世界第二大橄欖油出口國。相比于其它國家，這里的橄欖油純度更高，酸度更低，更加綠色健康。

但由于對品牌開發和產品包裝的忽視，很多人對此并不了解。本屆食博會上，突尼斯駐華參贊穆罕默德·本·薩拉就為本國橄欖油打起廣告。他表示，在突尼斯等阿拉伯國家，橄欖油已成為人們生活中的必需品。每天起床，當地人習慣吃面包醮橄欖油，或是直接喝上一勺；睡前，很多女性喜歡在頭發上抹上一層橄欖油，再用頭巾包好，以此減少掉發；對于糖尿病、動脈硬化等疾病，橄欖油更具預防功用。

“突尼斯有種說法，常吃橄欖油能讓人活得更長久。”說到這里，參贊先生笑著眨眨眼，“雖然價格比其它油貴，但對健康十分有益。”

"Olive oil is very good for your health and can prolong your life. Tunisia’s olive oil is the best in the world! ” Counsellor Mohamed Ben Salah said at the China (Chongqing)International Food Expo that’s opening on November 10th.Counsellor Mohamed highly praised the rapid development of Chongqing and also wants to further strengthen the cooperation in the fifi eld of economic and trade.

When talk about Chongqing,Counsellor Salah said ”amazing!” He recalled that he came to Chongqing as a student for the first time in 1976.there were not too many buildings but mountains at that time, which was a real "mountain city".35 years later he came back to this city again where many tall buildings make him feel pleasantly surprised, "I didn't expect it develops so fast, just like a dream.”

"Chongqing is a very special city In China！Although this is Counsellor Sarah’s second time come to Chongqing,he is very concerned about this the only municipality with full of vitality and potential in Western China.Counselor said Tunisia Government is very optimistic about the market in Chongqing because of its rapid socioeconomic development in recent years.In addition to plan to build an olive oil can factory in Cuntan bonded port area to further development of Chongqing's market, the Government also encourages more enterprises to invest in Chongqing and strengthen economic and trade cooperation in the fi eld.“We are planning to organize Tunisia's entrepreneurs visit China and I am looking forward to leading our Tunisia's economic and trade delegation visit Chongqing again.”

"The location of Tunisia is very good, which is known as ' the key to Europe '”.the Capital of Tunisia is one of the major shipping hubs in the Mediterranean starting from the Roman period.” When talking about foreign investment in Chongqing, Counsellor said, Tunisia's agriculture, light industry and logistics industry have great potential. I know that Chongqing’s foreign investment is increasing and the Chongqing Municipal Government also encouraged investing in overseas,I would like to see more of Chongqing enterprises to invest in Tunisia.”

“Tunisia is a country with an ancient civilization and a long history,the old site of ancient Carthage——the capital city of Carthage during the Roman Empire is near by the capital of Tunisia.” Sarah Counsellor is looking forward more visitors from Chongqing travel to Tunisia, he said that Tunisia is a notable representative of the North African culture. For Chinese tourists,Tunisia with 3,000-year history is a mysterious country, tourists travel in Tunisia can not only visit the secondlargest Holy Land of Islam's Medina and the historic site of the ancient city of Carthage,but also can you experience the rich scenery of North Africa desert and the beach in Tunisia is a special recreation place to experience the Eastern Mediterranean style. The Fragrance of Olive Oil Floated all over the World

As the second-largest bioagricultural country in Africa, Tunisia has more than 2000 years of history of the olive trees planted. Olive oil is not only Tunisia’s national specialty, but also helps the country to be the world's second largest oil exporter. Compared with other countries, where the olive oil purity is higher, lower acidity, greener and healthier. But many people do not know much about it due to the neglect of brand development and product packaging.

Counsellor Sarah said that in Tunisia and other Arabian countries,olive oil has become the necessity of life. The locals get used to eat bread with olive oil or drink a spoonful directly when get up every day, many women like a layer of olive oil on the hair then use the scarf wrapped before they go to bed to reduce hair loss; olive oil can also prevents from diseases such as diabetes,arteriosclerosis and so on.

"People said in Tunisia that eating olive oil can make people live longer."Counsellor Sarah blinked with a smile,"Although the price is more expensive than other oils, it's very beneficial to health."
