


“今天,秋風(fēng)把我們送到杭州吳山廣場(chǎng),觀看一年一度的中國電視觀眾節(jié)。我們來到吳山廣場(chǎng),這里已是歡樂的海洋,人山人海,到處是人們的歡聲笑語。我們從擁擠的人群中擠進(jìn)來,熱死我了,但是總算擠到里邊了,看到這一個(gè)個(gè)舞臺(tái),我心里激動(dòng)極了。”這段文字來自一個(gè)五年級(jí)小學(xué)生的日記,這一場(chǎng)觀眾節(jié)的嘉年華儼然成了小朋友生活里特別重要又特別開心的記憶。
2011年11月1日至8日,浙江廣電集團(tuán)面向全國觀眾,先后策劃推出了“集團(tuán)開放日”、“同城觀眾日”、“十年夢(mèng)想秀”、“觀眾嘉年華”、“激情飛揚(yáng)·星星相映”主題晚會(huì)、“廣告錢塘盛會(huì)”、“觀眾最喜愛的電視劇和影視演員評(píng)選”和“十大劇獻(xiàn)”等八大項(xiàng)目,為廣大觀眾奉獻(xiàn)了一場(chǎng)精彩紛呈、好戲連臺(tái)、高潮迭起的文化盛宴。而這也是自2006年以來,浙江廣電集團(tuán)舉辦的第六屆中國電視觀眾節(jié)。
2011年的觀眾節(jié)恰逢浙江廣電集團(tuán)成立十周年,集團(tuán)決定不辦慶典、不搞儀式,以觀眾節(jié)的形式,與深入開展“走基層、轉(zhuǎn)作風(fēng)、改文風(fēng)”活動(dòng)緊密結(jié)合,通過走基層、送服務(wù),共互動(dòng)、獻(xiàn)真情,讓浙江廣電人和廣大群眾共同度過一個(gè)具有特殊意義的“十年生日會(huì)”。“人民是文化藝術(shù)之母,觀眾是最好的大評(píng)委”,這是浙江廣電人常常掛在嘴邊的話語,而這次“十年生日會(huì)”廣大觀眾參與其中所迸發(fā)出的巨大熱情,更讓浙江廣電工作者豪情滿懷,感慨萬千:“回首10年,我們既自豪而激動(dòng),又難忘而感動(dòng),更深知肩負(fù)的責(zé)任、使命與追求”。觀眾節(jié)在全面展現(xiàn)集團(tuán)10年創(chuàng)新發(fā)展的成功實(shí)踐的同時(shí),也生動(dòng)演繹了廣播電視與群眾相伴相知的深厚情誼。
浙江廣電集團(tuán)一直以堅(jiān)持服務(wù)觀眾、服務(wù)社會(huì),打造公共文化服務(wù)平臺(tái)為己任。本次觀眾節(jié)也將繼承與創(chuàng)新相結(jié)合,優(yōu)化提升了“同城觀眾日”、“觀眾嘉年華”和“兩大排行榜”、“十大劇獻(xiàn)”等傳統(tǒng)項(xiàng)目,創(chuàng)新內(nèi)容樣式,強(qiáng)化開放互動(dòng),更好地實(shí)現(xiàn)了廣播電視媒體的“三貼近”,更好地滿足了廣大群眾的精神文化需求。
在“同城觀眾日”活動(dòng)中,集團(tuán)以主持人品牌集群帶隊(duì),分別走進(jìn)臺(tái)州市、紹興縣等5個(gè)市縣,表演當(dāng)?shù)孛袼坠?jié)目,開展現(xiàn)場(chǎng)互動(dòng)游戲,吸引了上萬名群眾熱情參與,營造了“熱烈、喜慶”的節(jié)日氛圍;“十大劇獻(xiàn)”活動(dòng)精選10部優(yōu)質(zhì)電視劇在觀眾節(jié)期間集中展播,既有催人奮進(jìn)的現(xiàn)實(shí)題材,也有故事精彩的古裝劇作,播出后得到了廣大電視觀眾的喜愛和好評(píng);今年“兩大排行榜”活動(dòng)專門推出“流動(dòng)投票車”,穿行在杭州、寧波、溫州等城市的大街小巷,把投票現(xiàn)場(chǎng)擺進(jìn)超市、社區(qū)、大專院校、工廠企業(yè)等,針對(duì)不同的觀眾群體開展選票征集活動(dòng),評(píng)選結(jié)果完全由觀眾投票決定,讓觀眾成為電視的主人;特別是11月6日在杭州吳山廣場(chǎng)舉行的“觀眾嘉年華”,以“舞動(dòng)你我他”為主題,以觀眾互動(dòng)為特色,在保留“主舞臺(tái)區(qū)”、“頻道展示區(qū)”的同時(shí),創(chuàng)新設(shè)立了“社區(qū)舞團(tuán)大擂臺(tái)”、“觀眾互動(dòng)區(qū)及領(lǐng)舞臺(tái)”,邀請(qǐng)社區(qū)居民舞蹈團(tuán)和普通市民登臺(tái)亮相、一展才藝,使群眾成為嘉年華的真正主角,吸引28萬人次群眾駐足觀看、熱情參與,吳山廣場(chǎng)人頭攢動(dòng)、氣氛火爆,形成了“全民共舞、集聚快樂、傾城狂歡”的盛況。
浙江廣電集團(tuán)一直將“服務(wù)社會(huì)、熱心公益、關(guān)愛觀眾”作為主流媒體的職責(zé)使命和行為標(biāo)桿。與往年一樣,今年觀眾節(jié)的所有項(xiàng)目演出都向社會(huì)各界群眾免費(fèi)開放,主題晚會(huì)等部分活動(dòng)還開展了“觀眾送票活動(dòng)”,為老年人、殘疾人和留守兒童等提供送票上門服務(wù),把浙江廣電人的熱情和真誠送到千家萬戶,讓社會(huì)各個(gè)階層的普通百姓參與豐富精彩的文化活動(dòng),共度一個(gè)歡樂的節(jié)日。
另外,本屆觀眾節(jié)還有一個(gè)特別大的驚喜,那就是全新創(chuàng)意策劃了“十年夢(mèng)想秀”活動(dòng),以“為一個(gè)普通人圓他的一個(gè)夢(mèng)”為主線,承辦頻道從10年來集團(tuán)所屬各頻道宣傳報(bào)道的典型人物中,遴選了“音樂、大學(xué)、愛情、思念、愛心、英雄”等6個(gè)主題,并作為開展“走、轉(zhuǎn)、改”活動(dòng)的重要內(nèi)容,選派精干采編團(tuán)隊(duì)深入街道社區(qū)和邊遠(yuǎn)山區(qū),蹲點(diǎn)采訪拍攝,并重新進(jìn)行創(chuàng)作、編排、串聯(lián)和演繹,形成一臺(tái)“十年夢(mèng)想秀”圓夢(mèng)晚會(huì)。晚會(huì)在表現(xiàn)樣式上大尺度地突破傳統(tǒng)樣式,采用訪談、現(xiàn)身說法、VCR回放等方式講述了媒體記者陳俊兩次捐獻(xiàn)骨髓、盲校女生葉嘉齊堅(jiān)持學(xué)琴等感人事跡,用人民群眾的“身邊人、身邊事”來弘揚(yáng)助人為樂、無私奉獻(xiàn)、頑強(qiáng)拼搏等社會(huì)主義核心價(jià)值觀,帶給觀眾心靈的凈化、人性的感召和人生境界的升華,現(xiàn)場(chǎng)氣氛熱烈、掌聲不斷,不少觀眾還流下了感動(dòng)的淚水,晚會(huì)的杭州市網(wǎng)收視率名列前茅,引起了社會(huì)各界的廣泛反響。
“集團(tuán)開放日”活動(dòng)中,觀眾代表在各頻道主持人引領(lǐng)下,實(shí)地參觀新聞直播室、節(jié)目演播室、電視轉(zhuǎn)播車,親身體驗(yàn)集團(tuán)高新廣電制播設(shè)備的先進(jìn)功能;參觀集團(tuán)新聞宣傳成果展、主持人與欄目展和廣電技術(shù)設(shè)備展等,形象地感受10年來廣播電視轉(zhuǎn)型發(fā)展的變革歷程,感受浙江電視改變?nèi)藗兩畹狞c(diǎn)點(diǎn)滴滴。特別是本屆觀眾節(jié)的重頭戲和壓軸活動(dòng)——“激情飛揚(yáng)·星星相映”主題晚會(huì),將歌舞節(jié)目、魔術(shù)表演和3段VCR專題短片有機(jī)串聯(lián),用藝術(shù)化的舞臺(tái)語言,展示集團(tuán)10年發(fā)展進(jìn)程中傾力打造的“主持人品牌”、“節(jié)目欄目品牌”和“頻道品牌”,展現(xiàn)省級(jí)廣電事業(yè)繁榮、人才輩出的喜人局面,表達(dá)浙江廣電與廣大群眾相伴相知、一路前行的不變承諾。晚會(huì)還特別邀請(qǐng)劉歡、毛阿敏等知名歌星、藝人到場(chǎng)助陣表演,與觀眾互動(dòng)聯(lián)歡,形成了“星星相映、共譜盛世華章”的晚會(huì)最高潮。
據(jù)初步統(tǒng)計(jì),全國各地參與第六屆觀眾節(jié)網(wǎng)絡(luò)投票和現(xiàn)場(chǎng)活動(dòng)的群眾達(dá)到2300多萬人次,投票數(shù)達(dá)到5200萬人次,活動(dòng)影響范圍、參與人數(shù)均創(chuàng)歷屆之最,進(jìn)一步提升了觀眾節(jié)品牌形象和社會(huì)影響。新華網(wǎng)、《人民日?qǐng)?bào)》、《浙江日?qǐng)?bào)》、浙江在線等省內(nèi)外主流媒體均對(duì)本次活動(dòng)進(jìn)行了廣泛宣傳和熱情評(píng)價(jià)。許多群眾也通過不同途徑表示:“希望觀眾節(jié)一屆屆辦下去,期待2012年迎來更多精彩節(jié)目。”
Zhejiang Holds National Television Festival in Honor of Audience

November 1, 2011 witnessed the grand opening of the sixth National Television Audience Festival in Hangzhou, the capital of eastern China’s coastal Zhejiang Province. Since the first festival in 2006, the grand event has been celebrated in Zhejiang in honor of Chinese television audience, arguably the largest television audience group in the world. The event has been sponsored and hosted by Zhejiang Radio Television Group over the past six years. The 8-day festival also celebrated the tenth anniversary of the founding of Zhejiang Radio Television Group.
The group decided to integrate the celebration of the 10th anniversary with the audience festival. The eight-day festival held eight separate special events to attract more people to watch television.
On the “Open Day,” audiences were invited to visit the radio and television studios of the group to get a feel about what the media group is all about. Audience representatives visited newsrooms, studios, and mobile television broadcast vans to see the cutting-edge hardware and visit exhibitions featuring the evolution and progress of the programs and channels over the past decade.
“Same City Audience” was an event held simultaneously in five cities across Zhejiang where local television audiences met well-known news presenters and emcees from Zhejiang Radio Television Group.
“Screening Ten Television Dramas” was a special program that screened the ten most popular television series of the past decade during the festival.
“Most Popular Television Dramas and Most Popular Television Actors” attracted the widest support across the province. The rankings of the two charts were decided by the votes of grassroots audiences. Vans went to streets of major cities such as Hangzhou, Ningbo and Wenzhou to collect votes. Ballot boxes were set up in shopping malls, residential communities, colleges, factories and companies across the province.
“Audience Carnival” at Wu Hill Square in downtown Hangzhou on November 6 attracted 280,000 people. The hustle and bustle of the event was unforgettably exciting.
“Dream Show of the Decade” was a retrospect of the shows over the past decade. The group has covered various grassroots people in its shows in various channels over the past ten years. To see what has happened to them since initial coverage, journalists from the group revisited some of these heroes. Some were invited back to attend the dream show. Journalist Chen Jun had donated bone marrows twice. The blind girl Ye Jiaqi, who worked hard to learn how to play the piano, won top prizes at some national piano competitions. The show got the highest ranking in great Hangzhou that night.
“Stars Gala” was a grand show held at Dragon Stadium on November 8. It was the biggest show of the festival. Songs and dances, magic shows and three VCR features were programmed to celebrate the ten-year glory of the group and show off the talented news presenters and emcees. A group of famed entertainers appeared at the gala.
“Advertisers Meet in Hangzhou” was a business event between the group and the businesses that advertise their products in the province’s television network. The event was designed to promote friendship between the group and its paying clients and explore better ways for cooperation in the future.
It is estimated that more than 23 million people across the country attended various events of the festival and more than 52 million votes were counted. Xinhua Network, People’s Daily, Zhejiang Daily, Zhejiang Online and Sina, which are mainstream media in China, covered the festival extensively.
