999精品在线视频,手机成人午夜在线视频,久久不卡国产精品无码,中日无码在线观看,成人av手机在线观看,日韩精品亚洲一区中文字幕,亚洲av无码人妻,四虎国产在线观看 ?摘 要:綜合國(guó)內(nèi)外文獻(xiàn),本文通過(guò)運(yùn)用SML指數(shù)對(duì)我國(guó)1998~2009年省域連續(xù)性CO2排放績(jī)效進(jìn)行測(cè)算,進(jìn)而對(duì)其區(qū)域空間差異和影響因素進(jìn)行分析。研究結(jié)果顯示:我國(guó)各省市CO2排放績(jī)效總體上呈增長(zhǎng)態(tài)勢(shì),主要是源于技術(shù)進(jìn)步的貢獻(xiàn);影響因素方面,RD人員、經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展、產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)對(duì)CO2排放績(jī)效呈顯著的正效應(yīng),能源強(qiáng)度、能源結(jié)構(gòu)負(fù)效應(yīng)顯著,RD強(qiáng)度影響不顯著,存在間接調(diào)節(jié)作用。

Spatial Difference and Causes Research on Continuous Total FactorCO2 Emission Performance in China——Based on Sequential Malmquist-Luenberger Index Analysis

Abstract:Based on the literature, SML(Sequential Malmquist-Luenberger)Index is adopted to estimate the continuous CO2 emission performance of provinces in China from 1998 to 2009. And, the regional difference of this performance and the influential factors are analyzed. As the research results, we found that: The increase of CO2 emission performance of provinces in China are all contributed by technical change; Regarding the influential factors to the CO2 emission performance, RD professionals, regional economic development, industrial structure all offers a significant positive effect, while energy intensity, energy structure both presents a significant negative effect, and the intensity of RD plays an insignificant influence as indirect moderating effect.

1 引言
全球氣候變化是當(dāng)今社會(huì)最嚴(yán)峻的問(wèn)題之一。隨著世界經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)的不斷發(fā)展,溫室氣體(以CO2為主)排放持續(xù)上升,環(huán)境氣候問(wèn)題凸現(xiàn),從科學(xué)角度出發(fā),必須大幅度減少全球二氧化碳排放。經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)與碳減排之間的矛盾日趨尖銳。但是,中國(guó)目前仍是一個(gè)發(fā)展中的國(guó)家,在確保經(jīng)濟(jì)穩(wěn)步發(fā)展的同時(shí)如何實(shí)現(xiàn)2020年碳排放強(qiáng)度相比2005年減少40%~45%的減排目標(biāo)是擺在面前的又一難題,根本出路只有大力發(fā)展低碳經(jīng)濟(jì),有效提高能源使用效率和二氧化碳排放績(jī)效。因此,科學(xué)精確地評(píng)估我國(guó)二氧化碳排放績(jī)效現(xiàn)狀,深入分析我國(guó)二氧化碳排放的歷史、空間差異,是挖掘其主要影響因素的首要條件,是進(jìn)一步開(kāi)展各類減排活動(dòng)和制定各種政策的基礎(chǔ)。
迄今為止,國(guó)內(nèi)外對(duì)碳排放績(jī)效的研究尚仍處于起步階段,從要素投入角度可以將現(xiàn)有研究劃分為單要素碳排放績(jī)效研究和全要素碳排放績(jī)效研究。Ramanathan認(rèn)為應(yīng)該從整體的角度,將所有相關(guān)的變量,如經(jīng)濟(jì)活動(dòng)、能源消耗和CO2排放放在一起構(gòu)建績(jī)效評(píng)價(jià)指數(shù)更為合適[1],即“全要素”的思想。……
