摘 要:為了探討CEO網(wǎng)絡(luò)規(guī)模與CEO的網(wǎng)絡(luò)中介中心性、網(wǎng)絡(luò)聯(lián)結(jié)路徑、網(wǎng)絡(luò)嵌入性之間的關(guān)系,尋求最有利于企業(yè)價值最大化目標(biāo)實現(xiàn)的CEO最優(yōu)網(wǎng)絡(luò)規(guī)模,本文采用網(wǎng)絡(luò)規(guī)模指數(shù)來衡量CEO網(wǎng)絡(luò)規(guī)模大小,運用圖論分析CEO與網(wǎng)絡(luò)中其他成員的關(guān)系聯(lián)結(jié)結(jié)構(gòu),通過博弈分析求解最優(yōu)CEO網(wǎng)絡(luò)規(guī)模。結(jié)果表明,在非正式制度環(huán)境下,CEO在網(wǎng)絡(luò)中與其他成員的有效合作能夠使CEO網(wǎng)絡(luò)規(guī)模在某一水平上達到均衡,此時的最優(yōu)化網(wǎng)絡(luò)規(guī)模較小;在正式制度環(huán)境下,CEO在網(wǎng)絡(luò)中具有高中介中心性,此時有效發(fā)揮CEO對其他網(wǎng)絡(luò)成員的監(jiān)管效力,有助于提高CEO與其他網(wǎng)絡(luò)成員的合作效率,擴大其最優(yōu)網(wǎng)絡(luò)規(guī)模,進一步提升企業(yè)價值。

Study on Optimum Network Size of CEO

Abstract:To investigate the relationship between network size of CEO and network betweenness centrality, network connection path, network embeddability of CEO, and seek the optimal network size of CEO which is benefit to achieve the objective of maximizing the enterprise value, the network size index is used to measure the network size of CEO and the graph theory is used to analyze the connection structure of relationship between CEO and other members of the network, and then solving the optimal network size of CEO by game analysis. The results show that the effective cooperation with other members of CEO in the network can make the network size of CEO to achieve equilibrium at a certain level, and the optimal network size of CEO is smaller in condition of the informal system; whereas the high betweenness centrality makes CEO in the network can effectively monitor the other members and help the CEO to improve the cooperation efficiency and expand its optimal network size and further to enhance enterprise value.

1 引言
CEO企業(yè)內(nèi)外部社會網(wǎng)絡(luò)是CEO與企業(yè)利益相關(guān)者進行互動的關(guān)系聯(lián)結(jié)網(wǎng)絡(luò),大多數(shù)情況下該網(wǎng)絡(luò)以企業(yè)價值最大化為目標(biāo)[1]。CEO在該網(wǎng)絡(luò)中所形成的社會資本是CEO個人行為影響企業(yè)價值最大化目標(biāo)實現(xiàn)的關(guān)鍵。CEO企業(yè)內(nèi)外部社會網(wǎng)絡(luò)規(guī)模的大小,其網(wǎng)絡(luò)中介中心性強度,與其他網(wǎng)絡(luò)成員聯(lián)結(jié)路徑的長短及CEO網(wǎng)絡(luò)嵌入性的高低,則決定了CEO所擁有的社會資本量的大小。CEO中介中心性越強,所處網(wǎng)絡(luò)位置越好,越能夠更好地協(xié)調(diào)和管理其他網(wǎng)絡(luò)成員的行為,獲取有效信息和稀缺資源的直接和間接路徑也就越多[2];CEO網(wǎng)絡(luò)規(guī)模越大,與之建立有效聯(lián)結(jié)的網(wǎng)絡(luò)成員就越多;……
