摘 要:家族文化、家族專家權(quán)力是影響家族企業(yè)網(wǎng)絡(luò)模式選擇的重要變量。本文利用浙江和重慶兩地351家家族企業(yè)調(diào)查數(shù)據(jù),實(shí)證檢驗(yàn)了家族文化、家族專家權(quán)力對(duì)家族企業(yè)網(wǎng)絡(luò)模式選擇的影響,結(jié)果顯示:第一,家族或泛家族信任對(duì)家族企業(yè)網(wǎng)絡(luò)關(guān)系強(qiáng)度和持久度有顯著的負(fù)向影響,社會(huì)信任對(duì)家族企業(yè)網(wǎng)絡(luò)中心度、密度和范圍有顯著的負(fù)向影響,對(duì)網(wǎng)絡(luò)關(guān)系強(qiáng)度和開放度則有顯著的正向影響;第二,家族專家權(quán)力對(duì)家族企業(yè)網(wǎng)絡(luò)中心度、密度和強(qiáng)度有顯著的正向影響;第三,家族專家權(quán)力在社會(huì)信任與家族企業(yè)網(wǎng)絡(luò)中心度、范圍和開放度之間起負(fù)向調(diào)節(jié)作用。

Family Culture, Family Expert Power and Network Model of Family Business

Abstract:Family culture and family expert power have significantly influence on network model of family business. Using the data of 351 family businesses in Zhejing and Chongqing, this paper empirically tests the relationship between family culture, family expert power and network model of family business. The analysis results indicate that family trust or pan-family trust has a significantly negative effect on intensity and duration of network, social trust has a significantly negative effect on centrality, density and range but significantly positive effect on intensity and openness of network. In addition, family expert power has a significantly positive effect on centrality, density and intensity of network. The moderating test results show that family expert power negatively moderates the relationship between social trust and centrality, range, openness of network.

1 引言
家族文化與家族企業(yè)網(wǎng)絡(luò)關(guān)系是目前學(xué)術(shù)界有關(guān)家族企業(yè)網(wǎng)絡(luò)研究領(lǐng)域中的熱點(diǎn)問題,并積累了較多的研究成果。縱觀這些早期的文獻(xiàn)可以發(fā)現(xiàn):第一,許多研究將家族企業(yè)網(wǎng)絡(luò)作為一個(gè)整體來(lái)分析,沒有對(duì)家族企業(yè)網(wǎng)絡(luò)特征進(jìn)行細(xì)致深入的刻畫;第二,研究主題僅限于家族文化(其核心是儒家文化價(jià)值體系)對(duì)家族企業(yè)網(wǎng)絡(luò)模式生成與發(fā)展演化的積極影響[1,2],忽視了家族文化作為一把“雙刃劍”可能帶來(lái)的消極影響。如由于家族或泛家族信任的相對(duì)封閉性、專用性和排它性及家族傳統(tǒng)價(jià)值觀和基本信念的較高持續(xù)性,導(dǎo)致家族文化對(duì)家族企業(yè)網(wǎng)絡(luò)模式的生成與發(fā)展演化可能有消極影響[3];……
