一、教材分析
本課是一節(jié)讀寫(xiě)課,因此在本模塊的學(xué)習(xí)上占有很重要的位置。本課既是對(duì)第一單元所學(xué)的直接引語(yǔ)與間接引語(yǔ)轉(zhuǎn)換的進(jìn)一步感知和體驗(yàn),也為第三單元中模塊任務(wù)即write a review of your favourite TV programme做好了準(zhǔn)備。本節(jié)課介紹的是一部美國(guó)電影《加勒比海盜》。課文從聽(tīng)說(shuō)到讀寫(xiě)都圍繞著娛樂(lè)方面的話題展開(kāi),因此學(xué)生會(huì)接觸很多相關(guān)的詞匯。學(xué)生要讀懂文章,學(xué)習(xí)更多直接引語(yǔ)和間接引語(yǔ)的轉(zhuǎn)換規(guī)則,在閱讀教學(xué)中要不斷教授學(xué)生寫(xiě)作技巧,為寫(xiě)作做準(zhǔn)備,即讀未知寫(xiě)已知。
二、教學(xué)對(duì)象分析
娛樂(lè)是學(xué)生最愿意討論和關(guān)注的話題,但關(guān)于娛樂(lè)的寫(xiě)作是大多數(shù)學(xué)生比較欠缺的。通過(guò)本課學(xué)習(xí),學(xué)生能夠在閱讀中體會(huì)本課的寫(xiě)作技巧,并盡量運(yùn)用寫(xiě)作技巧來(lái)完成自己的寫(xiě)作。
三、教學(xué)目標(biāo)
(一)知識(shí)目標(biāo)
1.學(xué)生能掌握下列單詞(詞組)的讀音、拼寫(xiě)和意思:fight, sail, ship, tonight, act, character, face, action, play, scene, funny, although, opinion, except, advise。能夠在課文中正確理解下列單詞:pirate, believable, lost, fighting, romantic。
2.學(xué)生能掌握下列詞組:face to face, in one’s opinion, true to life, except for.
3.在具體語(yǔ)境中體會(huì)和掌握直接引語(yǔ)和間接引語(yǔ)轉(zhuǎn)換規(guī)則。
4.在閱讀中提高閱讀與寫(xiě)作技巧,閱讀后能寫(xiě)出關(guān)于娛樂(lè)評(píng)論的文章。
(二)語(yǔ)言技能目標(biāo)
1.聽(tīng):通過(guò)聽(tīng)文章錄音來(lái)獲取有關(guān)娛樂(lè)話題的主要信息和細(xì)節(jié)。
2.說(shuō):能根據(jù)文章內(nèi)容運(yùn)用直接引語(yǔ)和間接引語(yǔ)轉(zhuǎn)換規(guī)則進(jìn)行問(wèn)答、討論、復(fù)述等。
3.讀:能讀懂電影簡(jiǎn)介及評(píng)論、明白文章主旨大意,提高理解文章結(jié)構(gòu)的技能。
4.寫(xiě):能運(yùn)用間接引語(yǔ)轉(zhuǎn)述別人的話。
(三)教學(xué)重點(diǎn)、難點(diǎn)和關(guān)鍵點(diǎn)
本節(jié)課是一節(jié)讀寫(xiě)課,新課程標(biāo)準(zhǔn)要求培養(yǎng)學(xué)生養(yǎng)成良好的閱讀習(xí)慣,指導(dǎo)學(xué)生運(yùn)用恰當(dāng)?shù)拈喿x方法獲取信息,處理信息。因此通過(guò)獲取關(guān)于電影《加勒比海盜》的信息是本課的重點(diǎn),內(nèi)化語(yǔ)言知識(shí)把課文復(fù)述出來(lái)是本課的難點(diǎn)。要想提高閱讀效率,選擇適當(dāng)?shù)拈喿x方法是關(guān)鍵,這是本課的教學(xué)關(guān)鍵點(diǎn)。
四、教學(xué)過(guò)程
Step 1:Revision
Look and say. What did he/she say?
Ask students to look at the screen and answer questions using the Indirect Speech.

【設(shè)計(jì)意圖】:巧妙地通過(guò)復(fù)習(xí),自然地過(guò)渡到導(dǎo)言,且由學(xué)生喜歡的電影明星引起興趣,馬上投入學(xué)習(xí)。既復(fù)習(xí)了直接引語(yǔ)變間接引語(yǔ),又由此導(dǎo)入了本課的學(xué)習(xí)內(nèi)容——關(guān)于電影的話題。
Step 2:Warming-up
Teach new words through talking.
T: Look at this picture, who’s he? Yes, he’s Zhou Xingchi.What’s his job?
S1: He’s an actor.
S2:He’s a film star. He acts very well.
T: He is my favourite film star. What do you think of him?
S3: He’s very funny.
T: Have you ever seen his film called Kung Fu. It’s an action film.Now look at the poster of this film? How many characters can you see in this poster? Characters means the people in the film, got it? Look at this picture. What are they doing?
S4: They are fighting.
T: Do you like this scene?
S5: No.
T: Yeah, the fighting looks dangerous. Have you ever seen this film? What do you think of it?
S6: Yes. It’s enjoyable/excellent/funny...
【設(shè)計(jì)意圖】:本活動(dòng)是以談?wù)撚靶侵苄邱Y為話題的熱身活動(dòng)來(lái)導(dǎo)入主題,引起學(xué)生興趣。一是在輕松的氣氛中處理本課中一些重點(diǎn)單詞,為下面閱讀掃清詞匯障礙。二是猜測(cè)文章內(nèi)容,訓(xùn)練學(xué)生對(duì)文章的預(yù)測(cè)能力,難度可能大些,但不必強(qiáng)調(diào)學(xué)生的語(yǔ)言正確性,鼓勵(lì)學(xué)生大膽地說(shuō)。這個(gè)環(huán)節(jié)不但為開(kāi)展閱讀教學(xué)做好了鋪墊,而且激活了課文相關(guān)的背景知識(shí)。
Step 3:Lead-in
Just now we talked about Zhou Xingchi’s movie. This class we’ll learn about an introduction of a foreign film. Now look at this picture. This is the poster of the film. Can you guess what it’s about?
That’s good, you’re clever. Do you want to know what the film is about? Now let’s learn the passage in Unit Two on page 50.
Look at the picture below. Which words can you use to describe it?
1. Ask someone to read the words in the box.
2. Use these words to infer what the film is about.
