首先，珠寶顧問(wèn)通過(guò)和顧客交談，幫助其挑選喜愛(ài)的品牌風(fēng)格或設(shè)計(jì)師風(fēng)格；然后，顧客通過(guò)預(yù)約和設(shè)計(jì)師見(jiàn)面暢聊，表達(dá)自己對(duì)定制珠寶的訴求和背后的故事。交流過(guò)程中，設(shè)計(jì)師會(huì)根據(jù)顧客描述的故事，以及顧客的性格、星座、血型等繪制珠寶手稿，挑選主石輔料，顧客可以一同參與構(gòu)思、繪制。最后，顧客與設(shè)計(jì)師一同確認(rèn)預(yù)算和工期。設(shè)計(jì)師將根據(jù)手稿在全球搜羅原料、送工匠手工打造，最終向顧客呈現(xiàn)這份獨(dú)一無(wú)二的驚喜。
