韓中企業社會責任論壇在渝舉辦

11月30日，由韓國駐成都總領事館主辦、重慶與世界雜志社協辦的“2012韓中企業社會責任（CSR）論壇”在重慶希爾頓酒店舉辦。論壇研討并分享了韓國、重慶企業發展及承擔社會責任的寶貴經驗。韓國駐成都總領事館總領事鄭萬永、重慶市人民政府外事僑務辦公室副主任唐文及韓中代表企業負責人參加了論壇。

鄭萬永在致辭中說，韓國駐成都總領事館主辦此次論壇，就是為了給重慶市韓國投資企業和中國企業提供共享各企業參與社會責任的經驗和技巧的機會，以助于擴大企業社會責任的社會紐帶。他說，自1992年中韓建交20年來，韓中兩國關系在各個領域都得到了飛躍性發展，韓國企業在重慶的投資也呈高速增長趨勢。他希望韓國企業不單純追求經濟利益，還要充分考慮企業的社會責任，為地區社會的發展而努力，能得到重慶人民的喜愛和尊重。

“重慶與韓國的關系，淵源久遠。”唐文在致辭中說，14世紀曾在重慶建立大夏國政權的明玉珍，其后代在韓國有規模龐大的明氏宗親會。第二次世界大戰期間，重慶是中國國民政府戰時首都，韓國臨時政府隨之遷來重慶，韓國臨時政府舊址見證了中韓兩國共同抗擊法西斯的光輝歷程。進入21世紀以來，重慶與韓國的交往不斷深化，重慶市與韓國仁川市、釜山市、全羅南道建立了友好合作關系，韓泰輪胎、SK、錦湖、樂天瑪特等眾多韓國企業在重慶投資發展。目前，韓國已有30多家企業入駐重慶，其中大型企業有7家。

“眾多的中韓企業家濟濟一堂，共同研討并分享韓國及重慶企業發展以及承擔社會責任的寶貴經驗，這對加強重慶企業和韓國企業之間的交流，引導企業認識社會責任，促進企業良性發展，進一步提升中韓優秀企業和企業家的社會責任意識和公益形象，意義重大。”唐文說，樂善好施、扶危濟困是中華民族的優良傳統，和平與發展是人類的共同追求，我們相信勇于秉承社會責任的企業定會贏得社會的尊重，也會迎來企業自身發展的美好明天。

論壇會上，重慶社會科學院王秀模、東亞銀行（中國）有限公司重慶分行行長吳俊良、重慶陶然居集團董事長嚴琦和浦項（重慶）汽車配件制造有限公司、三星西部銷售總部、SK China 西部 RHQ和PANTOS等企業代表分別就企業社會責任發表了演講。

Korea-China Forum on Corporate Social Responsibility Held in Chongqing

On November 30, the "2012 Korea-China corporate social responsibility (CSR) Forum" sponsored and co-organised by the Korea Consulate General in Chengdu, the World and Chongqing magazine held at the Hilton Chongqing hotel. The forum discussed and shared experience of development and social responsibility of Korea and Chongqing enterprise.

Jung Man Young said, the forum is to provide shared experiences and skills of the social responsibility of enterprises for Korean invested enterprises in Chongqing and Chinese enterprises to participate in opportunities to help expand the social bonds of corporate social responsibility. He said that ever since 1992 when Sino-South Korean diplomatic relations established for 20 years, the relations between ROK and China have developed in various fi elds,investment from Korea shows a rapid growth trend of enterprises in Chongqing.He hoped that Korean companies are not simply pursue of economic benefits but to fully take into account corporate social responsibility efforts for social development to wine Chongqing people's love and respect.

Ever since entering the 21st century,the relations between Chongqing and Korea is deepening, Chongqing established friendly and cooperative relationship with Incheon, Pusan,Jeollanam-do, Hankook tires, SK,Kumho, Lotte Maat and many other Korean enterprises did investment in Chongqing and Currently there are more than 30 enterprises has settled in Chongqing, of which 7 are large enterprises.Tang Wen, the Deputy Director of the Chongqing Municipal Foreign and Overseas Affairs Offi ce said.

Many Sino-Korean entrepreneurs come together, discussing and sharing the valuable experience of enterprise development and social responsibility in Chongqing to strengthen enterprises in Chongqing and exchange between enterprises and guide enterprises to become aware of social responsibility,promoting the healthy development of enterprises, further enhancing the Sino-ROK good sense of social responsibility of enterprises and entrepreneurs and public image, which was signifi cant. ”Tang Wen said.

At the Forum, Wang Xiumo from social sciences, sales headquarters of Samsung in West China, Korea logistics (China), Wu Junliang,the President of the Bank of East Asia (China Chongqing branch,the Chairman of Chongqing Tao Ran Group Yan Qi, Samsung sales headquarters in the West, SK in the West of China RHQ and PANTOS representatives delivered speeches respectively on corporate social responsibility.
