A Latin American mayoral delegationvisited Beijing and Tianjin fromMay 19 to 26 at the invitation of theCPAFFC. Of the 55 members， 23were mayors from nine countries，namely Costa Rica， Panama， Honduras，Salvador， Ecuador， Colombia， Bolivia，Paraguay and Mexico.
