Liu Yuelin， a native of Hebei Province， was born in 1950. He now serves as a vice chairman of the China Calligraphy and Palming Association and deputy director of the China Art- work Evaluation Committee. He is a national first-grade artist and a profes- sional painter of the CFAEA under the CPAFFC.
