Henry， Gary and James went to Henry’s villa（別墅） for a holiday. Henry and Gary went fishing. James stayed in the villa.
In the afternoon， Henry came back with Gary’s body（尸體）.
We ran into（遇到） big waves. Our boat was tossing（顛簸）. When Gary was fishing， he fell into the sea.
We can’t swim. When a fisherman passed by（經過） and pulled（拉） Gary into the boat， he was dead（死的）.
But James gave a different testimony（證詞）： I was looking at an orange bird nesting（筑巢） in a big palm tree with my telescope（望遠鏡）.
I looked at the sea by accident（無意中） and saw Henry push Gary into the sea.
