舟山：海洋文化的國際盛宴

中國舟山，鑼鼓、漁歌號子、旗語魚燈……

愛爾蘭踢踏舞、法國康康舞、黑人說唱、夏威夷草裙舞、非洲原生態打擊樂、阿拉伯肚皮舞……

2013舟山群島·中國海洋文化節《約定·海那邊》。

6月16日夜，舟山定海海濱，燈光璀璨，熱鬧非凡。巨型的電子屏上，藍天、白云、海鷗、海浪……勾畫出讓人浮想聯翩的浪漫夢想。

一聲汽笛長鳴，“美麗海洋夢想”號巨輪駛入人們的視線，它承載著一個海上古城綿延久遠的歷史變遷，表述著一個藍色的希望，它將要出發進行一次環球之旅，讓七大洲四大洋的文化精髓在這里薈萃綻放，讓島城市民能將這一切盡收眼底。

這里是定海“風情海島秀”大型主題文藝晚會的現場，是2013舟山群島·中國海洋文化節的主要活動之一。

一場晚會一次傳承

于2005年創辦的舟山群島·中國海洋文化節，今年已是第八屆。

本屆文化節由中國文化部、國家海洋局、國家旅游局、浙江省人民政府聯合主辦，以“美麗海洋”為主題，分三個板塊，有一系列的活動。

海洋文化，因海而生，因海而興，歷經數千年演繹。浩瀚的東海賦予了舟山特有的文化底蘊和人文內涵，在漫長的歷史長河中，舟山人興漁鹽之利，行舟楫之便，在開發、利用海洋的同時，創造出了燦爛、深厚的文化，是寶貴的精神財富。這次盛會，進一步推動海洋文化的傳承與創新，進一步促進海洋經濟的合作與交流，共同助推浙江舟山群島新區的開發與建設。

這一重大節慶已成為舟山的一張“金名片”，被列入國務院《全國海洋經濟“十二五”規劃》，成為舟山傳承海洋文化百花齊放的盛會，成為海洋系列學術研討百家爭鳴的舞臺，成為發展海洋經濟、擴大海洋合作與交流的紐帶。2012年，人民日報社人民網將她評為“首批中國最具影響力品牌節慶”。今年5月28日，2013舟山群島·中國海洋文化節，成為浙江省首個“國字號”節慶活動。

過往，每到這一節慶，舟山市以及兩區兩縣都會用各自獨特的方式來歌頌海洋、感恩海洋，并逐漸挖掘海洋在經濟、社會發展中的功能和作用，構建與傳統文化相銜接、與時代要求相適應的海洋發展觀。今年，定海區以更開放的姿態，大膽嘗試了一次國際性的大型文化活動，而以“約定·海那邊”為主題的文藝晚會，就是本次定海“風情海島秀”的最主要活動—開幕式演出。這一文藝晚會集中體現了“讓定海走向世界，讓世界了解定海”的理念，為島城市民呈現了國際化的海島風情舞臺盛宴，展現了定海前沿、時尚、開放進取、邁向世界的姿態。

一場晚會一次創意

璀璨的煙花照亮島城的星空。海浪聲中，漁家姑娘手提魚燈魚貫而入，漁家漢子整齊站立打著旗語。魚燈和旗語像是一場對話—“環球之旅”開始了。

一對年輕的小情侶，懷揣周游世界的夢想，坐著美麗的游船，沿海岸線開始了一次環球旅行。他倆來到了愛爾蘭，看到歡快的踢踏舞，獨舞、群舞，變化著翡翠般的純真自然。他倆去到了浪漫的法國，看到了每一次齊刷刷踢腿高過鼻尖的康康舞，彩色的大裙擺激情四溢。他倆又到了自由奔放的非洲，皮膚黝黑的朋友帶來了動感十足的說唱和原生態打擊樂，仿佛美麗的風景：太陽幾近黃昏，草原上奔跑著動物，還有香蕉樹、原始森林里的狒狒、被風撫摸的柔軟的草……

這是本次晚會中風情秀《彼此心·你我情》部分的“遠方的·色彩”節目，也是最體現本次晚會國際化、風情味的節目。在這個節目中，國外11個國家的10個團隊近70位演員參與歌舞演出。

沙沙有聲的阿拉伯肚皮舞，隨著充滿中東情調的音樂，薄如蟬翼的亮麗服裝、鮮亮奪目的腰帶，扭動起來，旋轉起來。與之媲美的巴西桑巴舞，時而傲酷，時而優雅，時而感性，時而神秘，明快的舞步中顯現嫵媚嬌柔。夏威夷草裙舞，漂亮，帥氣，一片陽光明媚春。西班牙弗拉門戈舞蹈，感傷風情融合在潑辣奔放之中。俄羅斯民間舞，滑行、細碎、變幻的舞步，已帶著芭蕾的獨特的程式。

民族的，動感的，時尚的，友好的，帶著對海的摯愛與敬意，各國的文化藝術激情綻放。這一堪稱晚會中最受歡迎的節目，以“一對戀人周游世界各地”為主線，以散文、詩歌串詞銜接朗誦，以舞美藝術、現代化的燈光元素為輔，運用多種演藝形態與包裝手段來展現的演出，產生了極大的舞臺沖擊力，震撼現場。節目表演完畢，全場爆發出長時間的熱烈掌聲。內容豐富而有思想，絕對的創意。

一場晚會一次對話

世代以海為生的舟山人，天然地富有包容萬象的氣度、開拓創新的魄力、熱情誠信的本色和大無畏的浪漫主義海洋精神。

這一場晚會分為開場秀《COME·相聚》、家園秀《這么近·那么遠》、風情秀《彼此心·你我情》、夢想秀《美麗音·藍色夢》、尾聲《COMMON·再聚首》五部分。從晚會的結構就能看出這是一場本土文化與異域文化的交流融會。

定海，作為中國唯一的海島歷史文化名城，自身有著深厚的海洋文化歷史。早在5000余年前，舟山就有先民在此屯居開發，海上河姆渡新石器古文化遺址、鴉片戰爭的戰場遺址、海山第一古剎祖印寺、明清歷史街區等人文歷史景點眾多，并有“舟山鑼鼓”“木偶戲”“跳蚤舞”等一批具有海島特色的非物質文化遺產，可以說這里有著豐富的本土海洋特色文化。而今，定海特邀世界各地的文化團隊相聚島城，把濃郁的舟山海洋文化推介給世界，也將全世界優秀的海洋文化呈現給舟山。這是一次大膽的嘗試，表現了舟山的海洋文化底氣，也無疑表明了舟山邁向世界、接軌國際的決心和態度。

在接下來的幾個月里，定海還會延續晚會的國際化風格，大膽集成國內外海島風情的時尚元素，陸續推出“海濱之夜·國際音樂匯”“海濱之夜·民間綜藝秀”等五項配套活動。屆時，國內國際音樂人專場演出、“夢幻海島”大型魔術、國內民間文化交流展演、唱響定海賽、微電影創作賽、啤酒文化展和國際美食匯、文化旅游商品展覽和集市等精彩紛呈的活動，將使海洋文化與城市文明在交流、展示、碰撞中融為一體，展現舟山擁抱海洋、奔向藍色未來的胸懷與氣度，讓定海成為國際海島文化的展示中心、體驗中心和休閑快樂中心。

Sea Culture Festival in Zhoushan Celebrates Global Ties

Zhoushan， an archipelago city in East China Sea ， unveiled its 2013 China Sea Culture Festival with a gala celebration on June 16. The launching of the festival also coincided with the day the fishermen in the archipelago will stay away from the sea for months as the seasonal ban on fishing began.

Jointly sponsored by the Ministry of Culture， the State Ocean Bureau， the State Tourism Bureau and the Provincial Peoples Government of Zhejiang， the 2013 event features the theme Beautiful Ocean. The festival is scheduled to go from June 16 to August 13. The event is also supported and endorsed by government departments， media， and business at provincial and city levels.

The Sea Culture Festival is now a golden business card of the archipelago. Zhoushan has a lot to look forward to. Local people consider it a great opportunity for the archipelago to have been included in the national blueprint for ocean economic development for the 12th Five-Year Plan.

The 2013 event is the eighth since the festival made its debut in 2005. It was selected at the Peoples Daily website as one of the top ten most influential festivals and celebrations in 2012. On May 28， 2013， the central government authorized the festival as a national event. The decision came amid the the central governments certification campaign in a bid to streamline the festivals and celebrations across the country.

Situated strategically in East China Sea near the estuary of the Yangtze River and Shanghai， the archipelago has every reason to celebrate and promote its unique culture and look forward to boosting its economy.

Zhoushan has a history of over 5，000 years. Dinghai， the heart of the archipelago， is now Chinas only island historical and cultural city. It features a series of historical sites and colorful cultural heritages. Proud of its history and culture and the new momentum unleashed by the states latest ocean development priorities， Zhoushan decided to stage a gala of international glamour this year. The decision aimed to introduce the future of the archipelago to the world. The organizers considered the international show as a way to introduce Zhoushan to the world. This cultural project highlights Zhoushans determination to promote its ocean-associated culture， to synchronize with the world for further development.

The gala night highlighted nearly 70 artists in 10 troupes from 11 countries and regions such as Ireland， Brazil， France， Africa， and Hawaii. Amid a display of fireworks， the show began and followed a storyline about a young Chinese couple touring the world. As they traveled， they met people and appreciated their art and passion. The dances and rap performance mixed well with the performances of local artists. Dazzling lighting and stage settings added to the spectacular beauty. The gala night wowed the audience.

The two-month -long festival is scheduled to have about 20 events. Some international guests will attend a food event， a piano event， a concert， a yacht exhibition， a forum on sea-related culture， a forum on tourism， an art exhibition.， and a magic show. On the other hand， some events are purely local.： fishermens lifestyle and friendship among different island communities. Artists from the northern China will join their counterparts in the south to see who stages the best lion dance at the festival. Some of these events will take the form of a gala night.
