〔摘要〕知識共享效率評價(jià)是虛擬科研團(tuán)隊(duì)成員對團(tuán)隊(duì)科研工作貢獻(xiàn)大小的衡量,是提升團(tuán)隊(duì)運(yùn)作效率的前提和基礎(chǔ)。構(gòu)建了虛擬科研團(tuán)隊(duì)成員知識共享效率評價(jià)的指標(biāo)體系;針對指標(biāo)值難于量化的特點(diǎn),利用模糊TOPSIS法對團(tuán)隊(duì)成員知識共享效率進(jìn)行評價(jià)和分析;最后通過實(shí)例分析說明該方法的科學(xué)性和可行性。

〔Abstract〕Evaluation on knowledge sharing efficiency is an approach to measure the contribution of members to the whole virtual scientific research team,which is the preface and basis of improving operating efficiency of the team.It constructed index system for evaluation on knowledge sharing efficiency.Because the index are difficult to be quantified,It took use of fuzzy TOPSIS method to evaluate and analyze the knowledge sharing efficiency of team members.Finally,a cased was selected to demonstrate that the evaluation method was scientific and feasible.

隨著經(jīng)濟(jì)全球一體化趨勢和競爭環(huán)境的不確定性的加劇,產(chǎn)品的生命周期不斷縮短,市場的需求日趨多樣化,使得各國企業(yè)必須在較短的時(shí)間內(nèi)對市場需求做出快速反應(yīng),在全球范圍內(nèi)尋求創(chuàng)新資源和創(chuàng)新知識,不斷創(chuàng)造出具有較強(qiáng)競爭力的新產(chǎn)品和新技術(shù)[1]。虛擬科研團(tuán)隊(duì)——一種嶄新的科研組織形式恰好能滿足企業(yè)創(chuàng)新的需要,能突破企業(yè)邊界的限制,利用日益發(fā)達(dá)的網(wǎng)絡(luò)環(huán)境和現(xiàn)代化信息通信技術(shù)將分布在不同地域、不同領(lǐng)域的專家遠(yuǎn)程集聚在一起組成臨時(shí)性的創(chuàng)新團(tuán)隊(duì),通過團(tuán)隊(duì)成員間的知識和能力互補(bǔ),彼此間的知識共享來共同完成科研任務(wù)[2]。團(tuán)隊(duì)成員知識共享效率是虛擬科研團(tuán)隊(duì)順利完成科研任務(wù)的重要前提和基礎(chǔ)。然而,網(wǎng)絡(luò)環(huán)境下虛擬科研團(tuán)隊(duì)成員在知識共享過程中由于信息不對稱、團(tuán)隊(duì)臨時(shí)性、跨地域性等特點(diǎn)的影響可能導(dǎo)致成員間彼此不信任、知識交流方式不合理、知識表示差異化等原因?qū)е轮R共享效率低,創(chuàng)新效果差。……
