病人：好的，我去跟領導說說，他很有人情味的。

護士：還有一點很重要，就是在你恢復期內，要盡量安排午睡，這是解除疲勞、恢復體力的極佳方法。午睡時間以0.5～1.5小時為好。另外，睡覺以右側臥位為宜，使身體與床面成45度角。

病人：為什么呢？

護士：因為這種臥位使肝臟位于腹腔動脈的下方。動脈血液走下行路線流向肝臟，這對動脈血為肝臟輸送營養物質十分有利。

護士：原來，休息還有那么多講究，我一定會按你的指導去做的。

護士：是的，休息對肝炎病人尤其重要。人們說肝病三分治療、七分休養，可見休息的重大意義。任何時候，如果你感覺疲勞，一定不要硬撐，要學會休息，同時要定期去門診復查肝功能，監測肝臟恢復情況。

病人：謝謝你，今天為我上了一堂生動的休息課，讓我收益匪淺。

Nurse：Another important thing is you must have midday nap which should last about 30minutes to one and half hour.This is the best method to relieve fatigue and restore physical strength.Furthermore，it is better to turn to your right side，and maintain a 45degree angle while you sleep.

Patient：Why？

Nurse：Because this lying position puts the liver under the celiac artery and allows the blood to flow down to the liver.It is more beneficial for the transport of nutritious substance from artery to the liver.

Patient：Oh.There are so many details regarding the rest.I will follow your guidance.

Nurse：Yes，relaxation is especially important to patients with hepatitis.Many people say that the treatment of hepatitis is 30%therapy and 70%rest.This shows the importance of rest.At any time，if you feel tired please don’t insist on working.You must learn how to rest and be sure to go to hospital outpatient department to reexamine the liver function periodically so that you can monitor the recovery of your liver.

Patient：Thank you for your lively lecture about rest.It will benefit me so much.

The instruction about rest given by this nurse is ideal.There is a good climate for the nurse and the patient to work together in the whole instructional process.The prologue the nurse used－sharing happiness of recovering with the patient，evoked active emotion of the nursing client and helped him raise his desire to cooperate with the medical personnel during treatment.In the entire conversation process，the two parties are both questioner and responder.The patient did not receive instructions passively but took part actively.The nurse properly received feedback and continuously to provided high quality of work.This shows the new，equal，and collaborative nurse－patient relationship.
