The rampancy of junk messages

The rampancy of junk messages has become a pressing problem in China. A survey conducted by the Internet Society of China shows that Internet users receive an average of 16.8 pieces of junk e-mails every week， accounting for over 60 percent of their total e-mails received. Trash messages are really affecting oue life.We have to waste time deleting junk messages flooding our e-mail boxes or cell phone inboxes. We have to avoid falling into the traps designed by those who spread 1 information.

Some people regard the emergence of trash messages as the side effect of information technology. However， the real blame should be put on those who take advantage of technology to serve their selfish commercail interests.

Better filters should be introduced to block all kinds of unwanted messages. In additon， the inter-communication companies are expected to supervise their customers and forbid them from sending trash messages.

環境污染的警告

中國快速發展的副作用是令人擔憂的環境惡化。砍伐森林已經使中國1/4的國土成為沙漠。盲目的工業化和對短期經濟將利益的癡迷使空氣和水嚴重污染。嚴重的霧霾已經成為大城市令人頭疼的問題。在城市居民中，呼吸系統疾病的檢出率明顯上升。飲用水污染影響著城市和農村。比如，河北一個農村的地下水變成磚紅色，16000頭死豬威脅上海的飲用水供應。

以環境為代價發展經濟是種族自殺性行為。為了我們自己和我們的后代，應該培養環境意識，并推廣可持續發展。
