Liu Guoen is a member of China Artists Association， the deputy president of Beijing Dapin Fine Art Academy， the director of Liu Guoen Gallery， a supervisor of postgraduate students and a professor of Fine Arts School， Minzu University of China. He has held many solo and group exhibitions and some of his masterpieces have won grand prizes and been collected by famous museums. Besides， he also published several albums.
劉國恩（九頭山人），中國美術家協會會員，北京大品畫院副院長，劉國恩美術館館長。現任北京民族大學美術學院教授，碩士研究生導師。
主要作品：
《至圣居》入選“紀念孔子誕辰2550周年”全國畫展獲優秀獎
《秋思》入選全國“當代花鳥畫藝術大展”獲優秀獎
《本溪水洞·秋》入選“2009年全國中國畫展”獲優秀獎
《夢游故里》入選“首屆山水畫藝術雙年展”
《霜華靜碧空》入選紀念“毛澤東在延安文藝座談會上的講話”發表60周年全國美展遼寧展區展
《鐵骨錚錚》入選第十一屆全國美展遼寧展區展
《傳統與現代》入選“紀念黃公望全國山水畫展”
作品入編《美術》、《國畫家》、《中國畫研究》、《人民日報》、《中國書畫報》等專業刊物，被博物館、紀念館、美術館及海內外收藏家收藏。出版《劉國恩畫集》、《劉國恩山水畫集》多部。多次舉辦個展及聯展。
