論中國特色社會主義民主政治發展的進步與不足

【摘要】經過幾十年的探索與努力，中國走出了一條具有中國特色的社會主義民主政治發展道路，不僅上下聯合推動民主政治發展還與科技相結合探索出了多樣化的民主政治發展模式。但也存在民主發展模式單一、發展層次偏低、民主共識凝聚不足和官民良性互動缺乏等諸多不足之處。

【Abstract】After decades of exploration and efforts，China walked out of a socialist democratic political development road with Chinese characteristics.Not only up and jointly promote the development of democratic politics also combined with science and technology to explore out the diversified pattern of democratic political development.But there is also a democracy development model of a single， low development level， the democratic consensus， lack of cohesion and officer of the people lack a lot of shortcomings such as benign interaction.

二十世紀七十年代末，中國開始了新的民主化進程。民主政治發展成為構建當代中國和諧社會進行政治建設的重心工作。近三十年以來，中國民主政治發展通過不斷擺脫和克服前蘇聯的政治體制過程，以及吸收和借鑒世界各國優秀的民主發展之路的成果，走出了具有中國特色的民主政治發展道路。中國民主政治發展在當前的國際國內環境來看都有著有利的發展條件，是大勢所趨之必然。經濟發展、經濟轉軌、全球化以及公民民主意識的提高對民主政治發展都起到了十分重要的促進作用[1]。從中國民主政治發展歷程上來看，出現過許多成功的經驗，同時也不乏失敗的教訓。

一、中國民主政治發展所取得的進步。

（一）中國的民主政治發展與中國的特殊國情相結合，走出了一條中國特色的社會主義民主政治發展之路。

中國幅員遼闊，人口眾多，與此相應的是極其復雜的社會現狀。革開放以來，各種歷史問題、社會問題、政治問題、經濟問題交織在一起，為中國的民主政治發展提出了空前的挑戰，這就決定了必須以現實國情為基礎，走一條中國特色的社會主義民主政治發展之路?！?br>
