Over the 18 long and fruitful years since its inception， the exhibition has evolved steadily into a one-stop representation of the global beauty， hair， fragrance and wellness industries for the Wider Middle East region， and has played a pivotal role in their growth and development. The show is of notable pedigree， organised by the Messe Frankfurt group， one of the leading trade fair organisers in the world with a presence in more than 150 countries around the globe.

The 2013 exhibition took place from May 28 to 30 at the Dubai International Convention and Exhibition Centre with a record 25，732 visitors from 113 countries， an almost 16% increase over the 2012 show， and hosting 1，089 exhibitors from 51 countries – which was a staggering 32% increase over the previous year. The numbers reiterate Beautyworld Middle East’s consistently growing reach and relevance. The current edition will be held from May 27 - 29， 2014.
