淺談IP視頻監控技術在某三甲醫院藥房的實踐及應用前景

摘要：目前我國大部分醫院都不同程度完成了醫院信息化建設，醫院信息化建設的核心是為醫療服務的HIS系統以及圍繞HIS系統的PACS、LIS、EMR等醫療輔助系統。然而，醫院信息化中卻很少提及多媒體應用。隨著醫院網絡基礎設施的不斷完善，網絡化視頻監控已經成為醫院視頻監控發展的主要手段。IP監控具有靈活、開放以及可擴展的特性，正適用于醫院網絡化視頻監控。IP監控不僅可以滿足醫院的安防要求，還可以為醫院提供手術示教、遠程探視、遠程醫療會診等拓展應用，從而全面提升醫院的服務質量和管理能力。恰逢某醫院藥房部署了一套某品牌的新一代NVR（Net Video Recorder）IP視頻監控系統，該文通過對該三甲醫院的ip視頻監控系統應用的實現來探討IP視頻監控技術在醫療行業的應用和發展前景。

On IP Video Monitoring Technology in Pharmacy in a Hospital Practice and Application Prospect

Abstract： At present most of our hospitals are different degrees of completion of the construction of hospital information system， hospital information construction is the core of HIS system for medical services in and around the HIS system PACS， LIS， EMR and other medical aid system. However， hospital informationization is seldom mentioned multimedia applications. With the continuous improvement of hospital network infrastructure， network video surveillance has become the main means of video monitoring the development of hospital. Has the characteristics of flexible， open and extensible IP monitor， is suitable for the hospital network video monitoring. IP monitoring can not only meet the hospital security requirements， can also provide operation teaching， remote access， remote medical consultation and application for the hospital， so as to enhance the quality of hospital service and management ability. Coincides with the hospital pharmacy deployed a certain brand of a new generation of NVR （Net Video Recorder） IP video monitoring system， this paper realizes the application of IP video monitoring system for the hospital to explore the application and development prospect of IP video surveillance technology in the medical industry.

1 主要功能傳統醫院監控系統的缺陷

1.1 應用狹窄

目前大部分醫院都部署有監控系統，但是應用范圍比較狹窄，基本只是基于安防的目的，忽略了監控技術的更為廣泛的應用，如遠程管理、遠程醫療等。醫院往往為了實現遠程醫療等業務專門部署一套系統，浪費人力物力。

1.2 技術落后

目前國內醫院安裝的視頻監控系統大多為傳統的樓宇監控系統，是基于模擬監控或數字監控技術，只能滿足回放調閱的功能，但是對于醫院這個具有復雜業務的機構，傳統的樓宇視頻監控技術存在諸多不足之處：管理分散難于互聯，各樓宇各成一套不易互聯；……
