技工學校軟件編程專業校企合作的可行性初探

摘要：因為技工教育兼具職業和教育的雙重屬性，與經濟社會發展聯系極為緊密，所以要求技工學校與企業要實現校企對接。為積極應對技工教育發展、改革、調整的新形勢，技工院校確立以校園對接產業園，大力發展校企合作，有條件的發展社會急需的技能人才培訓的戰略乃當務之急。走校企合作的道路，是掀起技工教育新一輪大發展的有效途徑。

Abstract： Because of the technical education has double characteristics of occupation and education， contact with the economic and social development very closely， so the technical schools and enterprises to achieve enterprise docking. For the new situation to actively respond to the development， education reform， adjustment of mechanics， mechanic colleges to establish campus docking Industrial Park， vigorously develop the cooperation between schools and enterprises， the urgent need of the development of social conditions of the skilled personnel training strategy is a pressing matter of the moment. Path of cooperation between schools and enterprises， is a technical education in the new round of development effective way.

軟件編程專業在技工教育中興起的時間不長，由于教學成本不高，大多數技工學校都開設有類似專業；與此同時，又對學生素質和師資情況考慮不足，導致該專業的學生學的吃力，學無所用，很難適應未來工作崗位的需求。該文將對軟件編程專業校企合作的可行性做一下分析探究。

1 校企合作大環境的有利性

校企合作在國際上有成功的先例，國外的校企合作搞得如火如荼，可為我們提供很多有借鑒性的經驗。

縱觀國外校企合作發展的歷程，我們可以發現：技工教育和企業緊密結合，互幫互助，相互促進，共同發展是實現雙贏的必然選擇。在當前的市場經濟條件下，企業對技能人才的選擇，技工院校對技能人才的培養是相輔相成的，因此這也成為了校企合作模式蓬勃發展的先決條件。

廣東省的技工教育一直以來都是走在全國的前列，校企合作成果斐然，省委、省政府也高度重視，“百校千企，一流技工”政策的提出，掀起了技工教育新一輪大發展的熱潮。……
