高職高專《醫(yī)學(xué)信息計(jì)算機(jī)應(yīng)用基礎(chǔ)》課程改革探索與研究

摘要：為了培養(yǎng)衛(wèi)生系統(tǒng)需求的適應(yīng)衛(wèi)生統(tǒng)計(jì)和信息化要求的人才，該文分析了高職高專院校計(jì)算機(jī)應(yīng)用基礎(chǔ)課程教學(xué)的現(xiàn)狀和不足，結(jié)合“以服務(wù)為目的，以就業(yè)為導(dǎo)向”的高職教育指導(dǎo)思想，提出了從教材選取、教學(xué)內(nèi)容、教學(xué)方法、考核方法等實(shí)際情況和需求出發(fā)的課程改革。為培養(yǎng)出更多既具備醫(yī)學(xué)知識(shí)又具備能使用計(jì)算機(jī)操作醫(yī)學(xué)信息系統(tǒng)的復(fù)合型人才進(jìn)行了有益的探索。

Abstract： In order to develop the health system needs to meet the requirements of health statistics and information talents， this paper analyses the present situation of computer application foundation curriculum teaching in Higher Vocational Colleges and shortcomings， combined with \"service for the purpose of higher vocational education， guidance to employment oriented\"， put forward from the selection of the teaching materials， teaching content， teaching methods， assessment methods of curriculum reform actual situation and needs of the. Has carried on the beneficial exploration to cultivate more talents with medical knowledge and ability to use computer operation of medical information system.

國(guó)家“十二五”規(guī)劃明確提出完善基本醫(yī)療衛(wèi)生制度，逐步加大醫(yī)療衛(wèi)生信息化建設(shè)投入。但是要真正把信息技術(shù)應(yīng)用到醫(yī)院管理領(lǐng)域以及臨床診療中，還存在一個(gè)非常大的障礙，一方面缺乏具備信息技術(shù)知識(shí)和醫(yī)學(xué)領(lǐng)域知識(shí)的復(fù)合型人才，另一方面臨床醫(yī)護(hù)人員對(duì)信息技術(shù)的方法、理論和觀念缺乏了解和掌握。因此，要求對(duì)高職院校醫(yī)學(xué)專業(yè)的學(xué)生，在開展常規(guī)的醫(yī)學(xué)教育之外，還應(yīng)該積極開設(shè)醫(yī)學(xué)信息學(xué)相關(guān)的課程教學(xué)，從而培養(yǎng)出適應(yīng)衛(wèi)生統(tǒng)計(jì)和信息化發(fā)展需要的多層級(jí)人才。這是我國(guó)目前高職醫(yī)學(xué)教育改革所要亟待解決的問題。

1 高職高專醫(yī)學(xué)專業(yè)計(jì)算機(jī)課程設(shè)置的現(xiàn)狀

課程設(shè)置包括很多方面，該文主要就教材的選取、教學(xué)內(nèi)容、教學(xué)方法、成績(jī)的考核和師資隊(duì)伍建設(shè)等方面進(jìn)行分析。

1.1 教材的選取

目前，大部分高職院校所采用的是《計(jì)算機(jī)應(yīng)用基礎(chǔ)》教材，教材單一，內(nèi)容統(tǒng)一。……
