摘要:影視制作行業人才的招聘市場需求旺盛,但是實用型的影視后期制作專業人才比較缺乏,究其原因是學校培養的學生與影視制作公司需要的人才之間存在相脫節的情況,不能滿足當前公司的需求。中職生在大學生就業難的大環境中異軍突起,其中一個原因是近年中職學校進行的大力的教學改革有一定關系,培養中職實用型影視后期制作人才實踐方法是結合學校與社會需求提出的一種有效教學模式,經過多年和該實驗的多階段有效探索,驗證了該教學模式的可行性和有效性。

Abstract: The film and television production industry talent recruitment market demand, but the practical video post production professionals lack, the reason is the existence of the separation between the training school students and film and television production companies in need of talent, not meet the current needs of the company. Secondary vocational school students A new force suddenly rises. in the difficult employment of college students in the big environment, one of the reasons there is a certain relation to teaching reform in secondary vocational schools, vocational training and practical video post production personnel practice method is a combination of effective teaching mode of school and social demand, after many years of the experimental stage and effective exploration, to verify the feasibility and effectiveness of this teaching mode.

1 中職實用型影視后期制作人才實踐方法
中職實用型影視后期制作人才實踐方法是針對該層次影視后期制作相關專業的學生提出的一種教學模式,該方法可應用于動漫設計與制作、數字媒體藝術、多媒體技術等專業學生,采用課堂講解和課余實踐相結合模式,讓學生把所學的知識點和技能及時應用于實踐中,強調多練習多實踐。
本方法進行了3個階段的實驗探索和研究:
參與實驗的對象為11級和12級動漫專業學生,持續時間為3年,第一階段為Premiere(簡稱PR)軟件的學習和視頻制作入門實踐,在入學后的第二學期,周課時6節;第二階段為After Effects(簡稱AE)基礎和提高,安排在第三學期,周課時6節;第三個階段是綜合運用實踐,安排在第四學期,周課時6節。在其他學期,可以安排一些色彩構成、動畫原理和影視欣賞相關的課程?!?br>
