Abstract: In order to verify the importance of reasonable nitrogen fertilizer on vegetable growth, effects of different nitrogen stress on chlorophyll fluorescence kinetics parameters of lettuce Lactuca sativa was investigated. Italian annual resistant bolting lettuce was planted in soilless method, and 4 nutrient solutions containing different nitrogen were sprayed in Lactuca sativa 25 days after the emergence. The 4 nutrient solutions were heavy nitrogen stress with pure nitrogen of 14 mg/L(N1), light nitrogen stress with pure nitrogen of 42 mg/L(N2), the recommended nitrogen of pure nitrogen of 56 mg/L(N3) and over nitrogen supply of pure nitrogen of 84 mg/L(N4). Chlorophyll fluorescence images of Lactuca sativa leaves were measured once every 5 days. The corresponding fluorescence parameters change curve were drawn, and dynamic change rule of chlorophyll fluorescence parameters under different nitrogen concentrations was studied. The results showed that the nitrogen had little effect on Fv/Fm, and Fv/Fm increased to different extent under different levels of nitrogen along with the growth period. Y(Ⅱ) parameters fluctuated with M shape under low or excessive nitrogen, but Y(Ⅱ) stayed on stable top level under adapt nitrogen. Low or excessive concentrations of nitrogen had adverse effect on light usage, and qN stayed on stable and low level in the whole growth period under appropriate nitrogen.

氮素在植物生長(zhǎng)發(fā)育中起到極其重要的作用,植物內(nèi)部的蛋白質(zhì)、核酸、維生素、葉綠素及葉菜類的維生素C的合成都離不開(kāi)氮。若氮素供應(yīng)不足,蔬菜植株矮小,從老葉開(kāi)始黃化,逐漸波及嫩葉,影響產(chǎn)量和品質(zhì)。如果在高施氮量下,氮量供應(yīng)持續(xù)增加,也會(huì)導(dǎo)致作物減產(chǎn)。目前為了提高蔬菜產(chǎn)量,蔬菜生產(chǎn)中存在盲目偏施濫用化學(xué)肥料的現(xiàn)象,尤其是氮肥,造成養(yǎng)分比例嚴(yán)重失調(diào),導(dǎo)致磷、鉀、鈣等養(yǎng)分缺乏,迫使蔬菜產(chǎn)量下降、品質(zhì)惡化,浪費(fèi)的氮肥大量進(jìn)入自然環(huán)境,對(duì)土壤和水資源造成污染,因此尋求蔬菜適宜的氮素水平迫在眉睫。

葉綠素?zé)晒鈪?shù)能夠快速準(zhǔn)確反映作物光合特性,葉綠素?zé)晒饧夹g(shù)是無(wú)損測(cè)定營(yíng)養(yǎng)元素對(duì)植物光合作用影響的理想方法,已被廣泛運(yùn)用于植物營(yíng)養(yǎng)元素的診斷及研究外界因子對(duì)植物的影響[1-3]。陳書秀等[4]研究了氮、磷對(duì)紅球藻葉綠素?zé)晒鈪?shù)的影響;張雪潔等[5]探討了油茶葉綠素?zé)晒鈪?shù)隨磷濃度的變化;吉彪等[6]通過(guò)研究?jī)蓚€(gè)品種的小黑麥葉綠素?zé)晒鈪?shù)探尋了小黑麥適宜的氮素水平。生菜(Lactuca sativa)含有豐富的維生素、蛋白質(zhì)等,是常見(jiàn)蔬菜,然而對(duì)于生菜葉片葉綠素?zé)晒鈪?shù)與氮素脅迫之間關(guān)系的研究鮮見(jiàn)報(bào)道。本試驗(yàn)利用IMAGING-PAM型便攜式熒光儀(PAM,Germany),測(cè)定了不同氮素脅迫下生菜葉片的葉綠素?zé)晒鈭D像參數(shù),研究了不同氮素水平下生菜的葉綠素?zé)晒鈭D像參數(shù)的變化,為合理施用氮肥提供依據(jù)。
