摘 要:核心企業領導風格對于技術創新網絡整體的創新成果產出具有重要的影響。本文在梳理國內外相關文獻的基礎上對技術創新網絡中核心企業領導風格進行了界定,提出了以創新氛圍為中介的核心企業不同導向的領導風格對網絡創新績效影響的理論模型與研究假設。實證結果表明:核心企業的三種導向領導風格均對創新氛圍有顯著的正向影響,其中關系導向第一,變革導向第二,任務導向第三;創新氛圍在核心企業的關系導向和變革導向領導風格與網絡創新績效關系中起完全中介作用,但在核心企業的任務導向領導風格與網絡創新績效關系中的中介效應不顯著。

A Study on the Relationships among Leading Firms Leadership Style,
Innovation Climate, and Network Innovation Performance

Abstract:Leading firms leadership style has an important influence on innovation output in the whole technology innovation network. This paper defines the leadership style of leading firm in technology innovation network on the basis of the related literatures, and then proposes the conceptual model and research hypothesis that innovation climate plays a mediated role between different orientations of leading firms leadership style and network innovation performance. The empirical research shows: the three orientations of leading firms leadership style have significant positive impact on innovation climate, in which the most important is relationoriented, the second is changeoriented, and the third is taskoriented; Innovation climate has a complete mediate effect on the relationship between relationoriented, changeoriented leadership style of leading firm and network innovation performance, but it has not significant effect on the relationship between taskoriented leadership style of leading firm and network innovation performance.

1 引言
隨著經濟全球化和知識經濟的到來,企業間合作技術創新活動日益普遍,技術創新網絡及其相關研究越來越受到學者們的關注。由不同的創新主體間相互合作而形成的技術創新網絡已經成為企業技術創新活動的重要組織形式。而技術創新網絡的有效組織和實施離不開核心企業的網絡管理能力和網絡領導能力。因此,從技術創新網絡這一合作形式出發,探索核心企業領導風格與網絡合作創新的關系具有現實的可能性和必要性。
