淺析移動應用平臺在煉化企業的推廣

摘要：為了使各級管理者借助移動智能終端可以訪問公司門戶網站隨時獲取信息；并可以在移動終端上簽批和處理非涉密電子公文、審核網上報銷單據、審批業務合同、參加視頻會議、處理應急事件等。這樣能夠有效突破傳統辦公的時間與空間限制，無論是出差還是休假、白天還是晚上，只要是在移動網絡覆蓋到的地方，都能隨時隨地完成辦公、處理業務，有效整合時間碎片，大幅提高工作效率。

Analysis of Mobile Application Platform in the Promotion of Petrochemical Enterprise

Abstract： In order to take advantage of mobile intelligent terminal make managers at all levels can access at any time to visit the company's website； and can sign and non confidential electronic document， audit online reimbursement documents， and approval of business contract， video conference， dealing with emergency events in the mobile terminal. This can effectively break the time and space constraints of traditional office， whether on business or vacation， day or night， as long as it is in the mobile network coverage to the place， can whenever and wherever possible to complete the office， business， the effective integration of fragments of time， improve the work efficiency.

隨著電子技術的發展，目前移動終端已可以滿足移動應用的，各種終端設備日益豐富，價格低廉，千元手機已經可以滿足大部分系統功能的需要，而且第三代移動通信3G已經普及，Wi-Fi日趨覆蓋，4G通信已開始試點，網絡無處不在，帶寬不再是瓶頸，移動應用已經在航天、醫院銀行、電子商務等行業開始廣泛應用，煉化企業也是時候開始開發和推廣自己的移動應用平臺了。
