摘 要:本文利用作圖法,基于車輛的整車參數(shù)、發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)特性參數(shù)、變速箱參數(shù),對(duì)車輛的動(dòng)力性和經(jīng)濟(jì)性換擋曲線進(jìn)行了設(shè)計(jì);并根據(jù)駕駛經(jīng)驗(yàn)對(duì)換擋曲線進(jìn)行優(yōu)化。通過仿真計(jì)算表明,動(dòng)力性換擋曲線使車輛具有較好的加速性能;在整車循環(huán)工況下,經(jīng)濟(jì)性換擋曲線使車輛具有較好的燃油經(jīng)濟(jì)性。

A Study on Shifting Curve of Automated Transmission

Abstract: The paper used the mapping method, dynamic and economic shifting curve of the vehicle was designed, based on the whole vehicle parameters, the parameters of engine and transmission. And the shifting curve was made to optimize according to the driving experience. Simulation results show that, the power shift curve so that the vehicle has good acceleration performance; Economic shift curve makes the vehicle has better fuel economy in the vehicle driving cycle.
自動(dòng)變速器的換擋曲線是自動(dòng)變速的核心,文中通過對(duì)換擋曲線進(jìn)行設(shè)計(jì)和理論分析,驗(yàn)證了所設(shè)計(jì)的換擋曲線的合理性,并提出優(yōu)化方法。
5 結(jié)論
本文通過作圖法對(duì)該車型的動(dòng)力性模式和經(jīng)濟(jì)性模式換擋曲線分別進(jìn)行了設(shè)計(jì),并根據(jù)駕駛經(jīng)驗(yàn)進(jìn)行優(yōu)化設(shè)計(jì),為后期的換擋曲線標(biāo)定奠定了理論基礎(chǔ)。
通過仿真計(jì)算,兩種模式的換擋曲線的計(jì)算結(jié)果均能達(dá)到預(yù)期值;動(dòng)力性換擋曲線的加速性優(yōu)勢較為明顯;在整車動(dòng)力性滿足的情況下,經(jīng)濟(jì)性換擋曲線的綜合油耗比動(dòng)力性換擋曲線節(jié)油約14%,說明經(jīng)濟(jì)性換擋曲線具有良好的燃油經(jīng)濟(jì)性。
