摘 要:基于Ansoft/RMxprt 和 Maxwell的仿真環(huán)境,建立開關(guān)磁阻發(fā)電機(jī)仿真模型,采用有限元分析,研究其靜態(tài)和動(dòng)態(tài)特性; 研究旋轉(zhuǎn)電機(jī)優(yōu)化設(shè)計(jì)方法,指導(dǎo)開關(guān)磁阻發(fā)電機(jī)及其控制系統(tǒng)優(yōu)化設(shè)計(jì)。采用低速段電流斬波控制,得到最佳開通角、關(guān)斷角、轉(zhuǎn)速、和電流滯環(huán)控制寬度等參數(shù),指導(dǎo)樣機(jī)發(fā)電實(shí)驗(yàn),增加發(fā)電輸出功率,提高SRG發(fā)電系統(tǒng)穩(wěn)定性。

Study of Low Velocity Current Chopping
Control for SRG Based on RMxprt Maxwell

Abstract:The module of 8/6 phase switched reluctance generator was built under Ansoft / RMxprt and Maxwell. The basic static performance and dynamic performance of SRG were analyzed based on the model by finite element analysis; The results of optimization design of rotating electrical machines can be available used to design and optimize the new type machine and its control system. In low velocity, a new type current chopping controller is adopted, the control parameters can be got, such as θon, θoff, velocity and current chop control width, so the prototype machine can be achieved, and the output power can be enlarge, and the stability of SRG power system can be increased.

1 引 言
作為一種新型特種電機(jī),開關(guān)磁阻電機(jī)結(jié)構(gòu)簡(jiǎn)單、啟動(dòng)電流小、啟動(dòng)力矩大、成本低、調(diào)速性能好、效率較高、可靠性較好,只需改變勵(lì)磁時(shí)間即可在四象限內(nèi)工作,頻繁切換于電動(dòng)/發(fā)電狀態(tài)[1]。開關(guān)磁阻發(fā)電機(jī)(Switched Reluctance Generator,SRG)的變速運(yùn)行范圍寬,低速性能好,輸出為直流電,易于實(shí)現(xiàn)直流微網(wǎng),在風(fēng)力發(fā)電領(lǐng)域具有廣闊的應(yīng)用背景。
Ansoft12是一款強(qiáng)大的有限元分析軟件,其中旋轉(zhuǎn)電機(jī)設(shè)計(jì)軟件包Rmxprt,包含許多電機(jī)模型。Maxwell是一種功能強(qiáng)大、結(jié)果準(zhǔn)確、易于使用電磁場(chǎng)有限元分析軟件,包括電場(chǎng)、靜磁場(chǎng)、渦流場(chǎng)、瞬態(tài)場(chǎng)和溫度場(chǎng)分析模塊,可以用來(lái)分析電機(jī)、變壓器、永磁設(shè)備等電磁裝置的動(dòng)、靜態(tài)和瞬態(tài)特性[2,3]。
2 發(fā)電原理及控制
