摘要:隨著越來(lái)越多的中國(guó)接包方進(jìn)入全球KPO市場(chǎng),對(duì)離岸KPO戰(zhàn)略聯(lián)盟建立機(jī)制和作用結(jié)果的深入了解將有助于中國(guó)接包方通過(guò)戰(zhàn)略聯(lián)盟提升國(guó)際競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力。本文從接包方視角出發(fā),以西安、蘇州、大連三地的101家離岸KPO接包方企業(yè)為樣本,結(jié)合調(diào)研數(shù)據(jù)與檔案數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行實(shí)證。結(jié)果表明:(1)接包方的知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)和顧客導(dǎo)向戰(zhàn)略會(huì)促進(jìn)離岸KPO戰(zhàn)略聯(lián)盟的建立,而接包方的外部導(dǎo)向戰(zhàn)略和雙方的商業(yè)距離會(huì)阻礙離岸KPO戰(zhàn)略聯(lián)盟的建立;(2)接包方可以從離岸KPO戰(zhàn)略聯(lián)盟中獲得經(jīng)營(yíng)和戰(zhàn)略兩方面收益。關(guān)鍵詞:KPO;離岸;戰(zhàn)略聯(lián)盟;聯(lián)盟建立;接包方

Abstract:Since more and more vendors in China begin to enter global knowledge process outsourcing(KPO) market, an indepth understanding of the formation mechanisms and consequences of strategic alliance in offshore KPO will help vendors in China enhance their global competitiveness via strategic alliances. From the vendors perspective, this paper combines survey and archival data to empirically analyze 101 offshore KPO vendors from Xian, Suzhou and Dalian. Results shown that, first, the vendors intellectual property and customer orientation will facilitate, whereas the vendors external orientation and business distance between outsourcing parties will deter the formation of strategic alliance. Second, the formation of strategic alliance will bring both operational and strategic benefits to the vendor.

1引言
近年來(lái),在知識(shí)經(jīng)濟(jì)深化、行業(yè)升級(jí)等因素推動(dòng)下,全球服務(wù)外包的重心開(kāi)始向價(jià)值鏈高端轉(zhuǎn)移,離岸知識(shí)流程外包(Knowledge Process Outsourcing,簡(jiǎn)稱KPO)得以迅速發(fā)展。離岸KPO是指發(fā)包方將自身內(nèi)部,與知識(shí)創(chuàng)造和創(chuàng)新直接相關(guān)的活動(dòng)以項(xiàng)目形式交給海外接包方,由后者代為完成的商業(yè)模式[1,2],其類型包括軟件開(kāi)發(fā)、產(chǎn)品設(shè)計(jì)、價(jià)值與投資研究、市場(chǎng)分析、法律服務(wù)等[3]。離岸KPO為中國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)轉(zhuǎn)型提供了重要的外部機(jī)遇,在“十二五”將現(xiàn)代服務(wù)業(yè)列為重點(diǎn)發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略產(chǎn)業(yè)的背景下,越來(lái)越多的中國(guó)接包方開(kāi)始致力于由初級(jí)外包(呼叫中心等)到離岸KPO的升級(jí)。這帶來(lái)了諸多新問(wèn)題和挑戰(zhàn),戰(zhàn)略聯(lián)盟便是其中的一個(gè)重要議題。
不同于初級(jí)外包中的簡(jiǎn)單交易型治理,對(duì)于知識(shí)密集度高、非標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化的KPO而言,外包雙方經(jīng)常需要通過(guò)戰(zhàn)略聯(lián)盟來(lái)推動(dòng)知識(shí)的整合、轉(zhuǎn)移和創(chuàng)造[1,4]。……
