基于VB的企業人力資源管理系統設計與實現

摘要：人力資源管理的好壞決定了能否調動企業員工積極性，提高勞動生產率，人力資源管理對于企業的決策者和管理者來說都至關重要，因而人力資源管理系統是一個企事業單位不可或缺的系統。依據用戶方的需求、經過調研后，該系統選用Visual Basic開發語言結合Access數據庫系統，采用Windows編程風格，使系統界面友好，簡單易用。在開發過程中，變量命名使用匈牙利命名法，程序書寫風格嚴格按照編碼規范執行，使程序的維護性較好。

Abstract：The quality of human resource management decision whether to mobilize the enthusiasm of employees， improve labor productivity， human resource management is critical for business decision-makers and managers， human resource management system is therefore an integral part of enterprises system. Based on the needs of the user side， after investigation， the system selects the Visual Basic programming language with Access database system that uses Windows programming style， to make the system user-friendly， easy to use. During development， the use of Hungarian notation variable name， program writing style in strict accordance with coding standards， to make the program better maintenance.

人力資源管理的好壞決定了能否調動企業員工積極性，提高勞動生產率，人力資源管理對于企業的決策者和管理者來說都至關重要，人力資源管理系統應該能夠為管理者提供充足的信息和快捷的查詢手段，能夠輔助中高層管理者迅速的做出符合最恰當的決策，因而人力資源管理系統是一個企事業單位不可或缺的系統。

數據庫是各種資源數據管理的最新技術，建立一個滿足信息處理要求的行之有效的信息系統也成為一個企業或組織生存和發展的重要條件[1]。依據用戶方的需求，經過需求分析，該企業人力資源管理系統選用Visual Basic開發工具，使用Microsoft Access作為后臺數據庫系統，采用Windows編程風格，力求系統界面友好，簡單易用。在開發過程中，變量命名使用匈牙利命名法，程序書寫風格盡可能嚴格按照編碼規范執行，以利于程序的維護性。
