丹麥新任駐華大使訪渝時接受本刊記者獨家專訪：“渝新歐”將加強兩地經貿合作 丹麥不止有安徒生童話

2015年9月7日，中國首個“丹麥生活·設計展”在重慶舉辦開幕慶典，丹麥的21家國際一線品牌集聚重慶。剛于8月19日，在北京向中國國家主席習近平遞交了國書的丹麥新任駐華大使戴世閣也專程出席，這也是他首次訪問重慶。來華履新前，戴世閣曾任丹麥王國駐日本國大使、駐阿富汗伊斯蘭共和國大使和駐以色列國大使。借此機會，本刊記者特地對戴世閣大使進行了專訪，暢談丹麥與重慶的雙邊發展。

希望更多的丹麥設計來到中國

“設計文化的交流，是兩地展開合作交流很好的切入點，我們希望能在中國的中西部地區分享來自北歐的設計理念。”戴世閣表示，丹麥被認為是全世界幸福指數最高的國家，在生活、環保等領域與中國已有相關合作和交流，但與中國中西部地區的合作還需加強。

戴世閣認為，中國是一個歷史悠久的國家，對傳統的繼承和發揚也有自己的思量和探索，這與丹麥設計理念不謀而合。他介紹，丹麥一位世界知名的設計大師漢斯·瓦格納曾設計出一把聞名全球的椅子“中國椅”。它是瓦格納在看到中國的圈椅后突發靈感，以此為主題設計的，這也可以證明設計的融合是不分國界的。“我希望更多的丹麥設計來到中國，與中國設計擦出更多火花。”戴世閣說。

“渝新歐”帶來更多丹麥家居品牌

在談到重慶與丹麥的雙邊發展時，戴世閣稱，重慶是中國“一帶一路”建設的重要城市，丹麥非常注重與重慶的合作。據他透露，除家居設計展這類文化交流活動外，還希望與重慶開展綠色能源和交通運輸方面的合作。

“特別是渝新歐鐵路開通后，將大大刺激重慶物流業的發展，丹麥的物流業也不遜色，希望兩地企業能有機會展開探討合作，一起解決交通物流中遇到的問題。”戴世閣表示，隨著雙方間設計文化的深度交流，越來越多的丹麥家居品牌入駐重慶，在選擇運輸家具時，各商家也會根據各自的情況，通過航空或鐵路進行運輸，而“渝新歐”會是一個非常不錯的選擇。

邀中國企業投資丹麥

對于不久前剛剛舉行的中國人民抗日戰爭暨世界反法西斯戰爭勝利70周年閱兵，戴世閣說，他有幸在華履新時受邀觀禮閱兵式，感觸頗深。丹麥在二戰期間，作為受害國，與中國情況相似，受到歐洲法西斯的侵害。“兩國在二戰時期就已是相隔千里的盟友，作為丹麥駐華大使，我非常感謝中國在反法西斯戰爭中所做出的貢獻。”

據了解，今年正值中丹建交65周年，同時也是丹麥駐重慶總領事館建館10周年。戴世閣表示，未來將促進中丹兩國關系進一步發展。比如在中丹人員交流方面，會更多地宣傳丹麥，讓更多的人對這片神奇迷人的土地產生興趣，來旅游、學習或者投資。大使表示，丹麥是西方國家，投資環境非常友好，丹麥人英語都說的很好，這里是打開北歐的大門，還擁有北歐最重要的港口——哥本哈根，以及世界上頂尖的船運公司。航運貿易機構和基礎設施建設也十分發達，這是很多中國公司考慮投資建設時候的重要考慮因素。

Looking forward to More Danish Design to China

“In response to enhance Denmark-Chongqing bilateral cooperation,design and cultural exchange is a sure way to start with.We hope to share more with the Mid-West China especially in modern design.“said by Ambassador Damsgaard.He also demonstrated that,Denmark is usually known as a country the happiest country where people living in,and now notes with satisfaction the progress achieved in coordination of efforts and people-to-people connectivity with China,but looking forward to more in Mid-West China.

Ambassador Damsgaard believes that with such a long and glorious history,China puts forward its strategies and explorations on the basis of tradition inheritance.It happens to coincide with Danish design concept on the point.The worldfamous Danish designer Hans Wagner created his master piece “China Chair”by inspiration from China’s traditional roundbacked armchair.It is so a perfect example to demonstrate that there is no boundary for design.“I am looking forward to more Danish designers coming to China,and hope to see more sparks with China design.”Said Damsgaard .

More Denmark-style Home Brands Introduced to Chongqing Through Yu Xin Ou Railway

Ambassador Damsgaard affirmed that Chongqing is one of the most important cities while making strenuous joint efforts to enhance “One Belt and One Road”initiative,and Denmark is committed to create favorable conditions for Denmark-Chongqing bilateral cooperation not only in the field of home design,but also in the field of eco-friendly energy supply and transportation infrastructure.

“Chongqing’s logistic industry has been booming especially since Yu Xin Ou Railway put into operation.As Denmark is also a country no less competitive in logistic than any developed countries,it would be great opportunity for Denmark and China to deepen their cooperation in innovation of logistics.”Damsgaard indicated.Taking into consideration immense people-to-people exchange and cooperation,Denmark reaffirmed the importance of the Yu Xin Ou railway which shall facilitate bilateral trades.

Welcome China’s Investment to Denmark

Ambassador Damsgaard said it was his great honor being invited to the Tiananmen Parade celebrating the 70th anniversary of the victory of Second World War,During which Denmark had significant experience in combating invasion as same as China.As Ambassador of Denmark to China,Damsgaard shows his appreciation to China’s contribution in the anti-fascist war.

The year of 2015 is very special because it is the year of the 65th anniversary of establishment of Denmark-China diplomatic ties,and also the 10th anniversary of the opening of Royal Danish Consulate in Chongqing.As newly-assigned Ambassador to China,Damsgaard said Denmark aims to strengthen its partnership and long term cooperation with China by people-to-people exchange.Building sustained relationship with China will help Denmark be more open to the world,attract more investments.Denmark is engaged in talks to be more friendly to foreign investments,and will focus on creating international business environment,including English-speaking.Take Copenhagen as a great example,it attracts many foreign investments because of its advanced shipping networks and infrastructure.
