Realization of such power conversion requires to comprehensively enhance the scientific quality of labors， bring up and train large number of a large number of knowledgeable and innovative and entrepreneurial talents， and spring up a lot of world-class scientists and innovation leadership talents， while the education and training to adolescents is the foundation of construction of innovative talent team and innovative country.
