China shall make the opportunity of hosting G20 and B20 next year， to get deeply involved into the making of international trade and economic rules. Promote trade and investment

This year's trade taskforce made its best achievements in promoting trade convenience agreement， which has been signed by 51 countries. However， discussions about anti-trade protectionism and digital economy are still not enough. I hope 2016 Chinea-summit will further elaborate on such topics.

Focus on development of SME

It is a very good beginning to set up the taskforce and forum for SMEs at 2015 B20 summit. I really hope 2015 B20 will continue to place focus on the development of these companies. It is important to strengthen the communications and dialogue between SMEs and the government， and also promote data sharing among G20 countries to solve the financing problems of SMEs.

In the B20 Turkey meeting， there was no special taskforce or ministers meeting mechanism in place to promote and communicate the policy recommendations associated with SMEs. As the departments in charge of SME affairs are different in the government structures， they cannot form effective interactions with Ministry oj Finance or Ministry of Foreign Affairs. The policy recommendations and dialogue made through G20 coordinator， finance ministers meeting and development taskforce could not reach the departments in charge of SME， so policy implementation is very hard to carry forward. They sincerely hope B20 China will improve this situation.

The best achievement of B20 Turkey is raising public awareness and support for SMEs. TOBB and ICC worked together to establish world SME forum， which has obtained support from G20 finance minster meeting， the World Bank， OECD and many other international organizations. Over the next several months， the forum will set up taskforce and make working plans， in hopes of stimutating the development of SMEs based on what we have achieved.

B20 has never placed such high degree of focus on the issue of SME in its history. ICC has worked with TOBB to establish world small and medium-sized enterprise forum. B20 taskforce for SME has made a large number of survey and research based on the results of B20 2014 Australia. Thanks to the active involvement of global entrepreneurs， the taskforce has defined 5 important discussion topics key to the development of SME， and achieved very good results. I suggest next B20 taskforce shall focus more on the role played by digital economy on the development of SMEs and propose ieffective recommendations against three development hurdles， including finance， market entry， and standard and supervision.

The foundation of world SME forum will be conducive to the deve-lopment of SMEs. The next step is to implement the working plans to conduct deep research on the involvement of SME in global value chain， the method of financing and credit rating system for these companies. China has accumulated rich experiences in boosting the development of SMEs through e-commerce platform， and it will be imperative to build up capacities， transform the thinking of SME through training programs and change the current business structure with e-commerce platform. The world small and medium-sized enterprise forum is playing an active role in promotion of standardization work.

In recent years， B20 discussin topics become more concentrated and entrepreneurs involved in previous B20 working groups could not continue their job service， which is very regretting. I hope B20 China will consider how to let these entrepreneurs play their part.
