白血病患者化療過程中舒適護理的應用和臨床效果研究

[摘要] 目的 探討分析舒適護理在白血病化療過程中的臨床應用效果，指導臨床護理選擇最佳的護理方法。方法 隨機選取該校第五附屬醫院自2012年5月—2014年5月之間接收診治的60例白血病化療患者作為研究對象，對這60例患者進行臨床護理的療效對比。將被選中的白血病化療患者按照入院的先后順序平均分為觀察組與對照組兩組，每組30例病患。對于對照組的30例患者，給予常規護理；對于觀察組的30例患者，在其化療前后給予舒適護理。與此同時，觀察記錄所有作為研究對象的白血病患者在化療期間的護理效果，對作為研究對象的護理對象做護理滿意度調查，并對兩組護理滿意率結果進行對比分析。結果 實施常規護理的對照組患者，以及實施舒適護理的觀察組患者，均順利地完成化療過程。對照組患者對于化療過程中給予的常規護理總滿意率為70%，而觀察組患者對于化療過程中給予的舒適護理總滿意率為93.33%。顯然，舒適護理相較于常規護理的護理效果更為顯著。兩組臨床護理滿意率結果差異有統計學意義（P<0.05）。 結論 相較于常規護理，舒適護理可以提高白血病患者在化療過程中的舒適度，在一定程度上減輕患者的痛苦，獲得更好的護理效果，值得在臨床護理中加以推廣。

[Abstract] Objective To investigate and analyze the clinical application effect of comfortable nursing in leukemia during chemotherapy for guiding the choice of best nursing methods clinically. Methods 60 cases with leukemia diagnosed and treated with chemotherapy in The Fifth Affiliated Hospital of Zunyi Medical University between May 2012 and May 2014 were selected as the subjects and divided into the observation group and the control group with 30 cases in each in accordance with the order of admission. 30 cases in the control group were treated by the conventional nursing， while 30 cases in the observation group were treated by the comfortable nursing before and after chemotherapy. The nursing effect of both groups during the chemotherapy was observed and recorded. And the results of nursing satisfaction rate investigated in both groups were compared and analyzed. Results All the patients in the two groups implemented the chemotherapy successfully. The overall response rate of the control group was 70%， and that of the observation group was 93.33%， the comparison showed that the effect of comfortable nursing was much better. The difference in the clinical nursing satisfaction rate between the two groups was statistically significant（P<0.05）. Conclusion For patients with leukemia during chemotherapy， compared with the conventional nursing， comfortable nursing achieves better nursing effect by improving the level of comfort and reducing the suffering of patients to a certain extent， so it is worth to be popularized in clinical nursing.
