摘 要:通過測試不同陽離子乳化瀝青濃度的鉆井液在4個溫度點下的表觀粘度、塑性粘度和動切力,分析陽離子乳化瀝青對鉆井液流變性的影響。試驗結果表明,濃度在4%以下時,陽離子乳化瀝青對鉆井液各流變參數的影響較小,且影響為非線性。陽離子乳化瀝青的加入,并沒有質變性地影響溫度對鉆井液流變性的作用。

Influence of Cationic Emulsified Asphalt
on the Rheology of Water-based Drilling Fluids

Abstract: By testing fluid apparent viscosity, plastic viscosity and dynamic shear force of drilling fluid with different concentrations of cationic emulsified asphalt at four different temperature point, the influence of cationic emulsified asphalt on the rheology of drilling fluid was analyzed. The results show that, when cationic emulsified asphalt concentration is below 4%,it has less influence on the each rheological parameters of drilling fluid,and the influence is nonlinear. Cationic emulsified asphalt doesnt impact the influence of temperature on the rheological properties of the drilling fluid qualitatively.

隨著鉆井液技術的發展,瀝青改性產品在石油鉆井中得到廣泛應用,油田通用的改性瀝青處理劑包括乳化瀝青、氧化瀝青、磺化瀝青、陽離子膠乳瀝青等。其中乳化瀝青是指把瀝青加熱熔融,在機械攪拌作用力下,以細小的微粒分散于含有乳化劑及其助劑的水溶液中形成的水包油型(O/W)乳液。根據所用乳化劑電性的不同,分為陽離子乳化瀝青、陰離子乳化瀝青、非離子乳化瀝青等。乳化瀝青在鉆井工程中的常作為防塌、堵漏劑使用,達到改善泥餅質量,封堵地層孔隙和裂縫,降低鉆井液的濾失量的目的。由于粘土顆粒帶負電的原因,油田在使用乳化瀝青時,選用陽離子乳化瀝青,以抑制粘土膨脹。陽離子乳化瀝青在新疆的克拉瑪依、陸梁、石南、莫北油田的使用中得到了較好的防塌降濾失效果[1]。
目前,對陽離子乳化瀝青的防塌、降濾失、抑制粘土膨脹性能研究較多[2-4],并且本文作者通過實驗也驗證了,2%濃度的陽離子乳化瀝青就可以明顯的降低鉆井液濾失量?!?br>
