摘 要:采用陰離子聚合方法,以環己烷為溶劑、以THF為結構調節劑、以SiCl4為偶聯劑,在60 ℃下反應4 h,制備了低膠液粘度微凝膠含量的兩個牌號低順式聚丁二烯橡膠LCBR-425和LCBR-435,膠液粘度分別為25和35 mPa·s,凝膠含量≤150 μg/g。并采用兩個牌號LCBR及日本旭化成公司的低粘度產品Asaprene 720A(膠液粘度25 mPa·s),以本體法合成HIPS和ABS。結果表明,在相同的反應條件下,采用LCBR-425和LCBR-435制備的HIPS和ABS性能優異,產品物理機械性能達到或超過采用Asaprene 720A所制備的HIPS和ABS的各項指標。

Application of Low Viscosity Low-Cis Polybutadiene
Rubber (LCBR) in preparation of HIPS and ABS

Abstract: By anionic polymerization method, using cyclohexane as solvent,THF as structure modifier, SiCl4 as coupling agent,low-cis polybutadiene rubber LCBR-425 and LCBR-435 were prepared in the reactor under the conditions as follows: reaction time 4 h and temperature 60 ℃. The viscosities of LCBR-425 and LCBR-435 were 25 mPa·s and 35 mPa·s,respectively. And gel content was not more than 150μg/g. LCBR-425, LCBR-435 and Asaprene 720A (viscosity 25 mPa·s) were respectively used as raw material to synthesize HIPS and ABS by mass polymerization. The results show that mechanical properties of HIPS and ABS synthesized by LCBR-425 and LCBR-435 can reach or exceed the mechanical properties of HIPS and ABS synthesized by Asaprene 720A under the same condition.

低順式聚丁二烯橡膠(LCBR)是指順式1.4-含量為30%~40%的聚丁二烯橡膠,按照用途分可以分為樹脂級和橡膠級,其中樹脂級LCBR主要用于高檔樹脂改性。目前,LCBR以兩種形式供應市場:一種為流動型(簡稱S型,即線形LCBR),另一種為非流動型(簡稱NF型,即星形支化LCBR)。過去,丁苯橡膠(SBR)已能滿足HIPS及ABS的樹脂改性需求[1]。目前,能使塑料具有色澤好、撓性高、抗沖擊性強等特點,應用最廣且最有效的樹脂改性用膠種則應首推LCBR[2]。
星形結構LCBR有致密的星形支化分子結構,使得星型結構的LCBR在形態和性能上與線形聚丁二烯不同[3,4]。星形LCBR具有優異的加工性能、抗冷流性能及較低的膠液粘度,尤以四臂星形LCBR綜合性能最佳。
與線形LCBR相比,星形LCBR可實現高門尼粘度值、低溶液粘度的最佳配比,增加與PS的相容性,從而有利于制備具有更高沖擊強度、更高光澤度的HIPS。日本Asahi公司已生產了牌號為Asaprene700A、720A、730A等星形支化結構的LCBR,性能優異,廣泛運用于制備高檔HIPS。……
